Has the snow started anywhere yet? Guess ours is soon to show up. 18-24 they say.
It's snowing here Fran, just not heavy yet. Our worst is expected midnight and into tomorrow.
It's supposed to start soon for us. Weather says 5-8 overnight and another foot of so tomorrow.
I think we're in a bit of a lull. It snowed here most of the day today, only got around a couple to a few inches. The brunt of this storm is supposed to start anytime now and continue through 3 pm tomorrow.
There are different models saying different amounts (like always) but for a change, they are supposed to get higher amounts the farther East you go. It's 6-12 for us with 12-18 going East. It's usually opposite.
We are all staying home tomorrow, so aside from any (knocks on wood) power outages (I have PTSD from Sandy for those who don't know me well) we should be good.

Invited the good General Tso over for dinner....Big old wet flakes were falling...Almost rain...almost snow...No accumulation forecast and for that I'm grateful....We will however be testing yesterday's roof repairs in the coming days...

Hey everyone!!! We lucked out this time, and the forecasters are all hanging their heads in embarrassment. I however, am very thankful. We ended up getting a total of 4.5 inches here, most of which happened yesterday.
We are all shoveled out and I just got a winter warning advisory for squalls this afternoon. Like I said, nothing major after all. I'll take it!
Now I can just worry about my friends up North. Fran, Bov, Jerry, OTR you all hang in there and keep us posted when you can!

Everything is ok here, Tracy. It's still snowing, but it's a light powdery snow. Tomorrow will be cleanup day.
5card, Robert Kraft (Patriots owner) has demanded an apology from the NFL and in my opinion, rightfully so. If the Patriots win the Super Bowl, I hope that they refuse to accept the trophy, on the grounds that the NFL has no class !!! Most likely they won't refuse it, but I wish that they would.

Don't think we have more than 6 inches but it's snowing and blowing so it's hard to tell. All light snow,all day.
