LD, I think that we are going to get the snow that misses you. That's okay as long as the mixed sleet and ice is not too bad. Be glad that you have propane! I don't even want to think about what our electric bills will be!
It really is nice to have TT back where he belongs. Be careful with the pictures of your mods, Tracy. They are just his style and before you know it, he will need to borrow your mods instead of just $3

I have to take my mom to the doc this afternoon and hoping the weather holds up until after. Much like TT, she does not miss many opportunities to bail on them.

Woohoo!!! LD's luck may have rubbed off on us! Only 3 inches expected here tonight as well.
Hope everyone has a great day and made it to work okay without TT here to encourage them first thing this morning. Off to take my mom to doc soon. She actually did try to bail but, I talked her back into going.
I've been out trying to move snow away from the foundation
Katie pulls me off of important removal because she's still freaking out over the ice dams on the front. Yes I finally couldn't take her nagging any longer, got the ladder and hammer, and most likely did more damage to the roof than leaving the ice alone. Her house, her money *shrug*
I draw the line on this area, but I can not convince her to stop poking at it with a stick. She's going to end up a fried squirrel!

I read an old thread that the Labo cotton was comparable to the Ko Gen Doh. Of course, a Debby Downer in that thread also pointed out that we should all be wary of the Japanese cotton cause it's all radioactive??????? As if I don't have enough vape stuff, now I need a geiger counter, too???
So not gonna worry about that--and very excited to try the Japanese cotton, actually.

It is amazing to see how many of my patients are switching to e-cigs--and even more wondrous to watch their health improve for having done so!! And it is equally amazing to hear the positive attitude my peers have towards vaping for their reluctance to promote it at first--instead of remaining ignorant on the subject, they have all been readily willing to read up on it and, now, promote its use.
It is not an "official" policy nor "recommended" course for cessation but we encourage it nonetheless...and, fingers crossed, it will be "official" some day

Holy smokes (excuse the expression) you guys talk a LOT!!! I've done so much back reading that I'm almost cross eyed or got a crick in my neck and my left leg is asleep.
Hiya to ALL of you guys who welcomed me in here! I'd name you individually, but you know I'd forget to mention someone and they'd probably come over here and beat me up.
I was going to post a couple pics of the i/16th inch of snow we got today but after looking at Bov's pics I didn't bother. Compared to her we didn't get any and now its all melted and gone anyhow. That what I call a "good snow." Pretty to look at for a while and then gone. We're supposed to be back up to 70 degrees by this coming Sunday!!
And with 70 degree weather guess what I'll be doing!!!
Not a daggone thing.
I had some business I HAD to take care of this morning (and most of the day) on the phone, but its finished and now I might be able to pop in here in the mornings and make sure you workaholics aren't going out the door in your bedroom slippers.
You workaholics make me happy though. Its because of you that I get those nice checks from the goobermint every month. It was a shame that I had to promise the goobermint that I would stay out of the workforce forever .... but then I decided that was okay with me. They said I slowed down or stopped more work than I got done, so they don't want me in the workforce I guess.
Hey, it is soooo nice to see all my old friends here again and I'm sure there will be more popping in that I haven't said "hi" to yet. But I love you guys and its really nice to all be together again.
And poor old 5Card is having another eye operation? Man, I hate to hear that. My prayers are with him too.
I went to the eye doctor for new glasses the first part of February and that cute, little female eye doctor said I had the beginnings of glaucoma and suggested eye surgery.
I stood up and pulled down my drawers and asked her if she could see that?!!! She gasped and said "yes, I see that."
(I know I'm on the edge here ECF, but just on the edge. And I'll not go over that edge!!)
So I said "well, I can see it too so I don't need eye surgery."
There wasn't any argument.

My respiratory doctor discharged me late last year. She said that I don't need her any more.
In the five years I've been vaping I guess my lungs have cleared up real good. In all seriousness, cigarettes came close to killing me. Vaping has done me an amazing world of good!
(that's a personal opinion ECF - not stated for promoting vaping as a smoking cessation program).
A guys gotta be careful!!!
That lady respiratory doctor was as cute as a bug though! She always made me breathe real hard then she'd put me on her machines and make me breathe real hard all over again!

Yes I joined the ranks of those in the (outside of home) workforce....part time! I can promise you that for every little Prius that I pass by on my way to work, I giggle and think of you! <3

Personally, other people working never has bothered me too much.
I just never thought that it fit into my life style.
Work always interfered with my naps and if I took off my clothes and curled up on a table at Whatsthatburger they'd get so upset. I never understood that. I don't fart in my sleep or anything ....
Ha, ha, I know what you mean about those tears streaming down your face. Sometimes I'll get to laughing so hard that I have tears running down my leg!
