4 atomizers on 3 different mods and none are vaping. Two avocado 24's, avocado 22 and kanger top tank.Have tried all different builds, wires and wicking nothing works.1 or 2 normal hits after build then nothing but hotair.Numbers are exactly where they should be every time yet it hits like there are hot spots . I've tried contact and spaced builds . I'm at a loss . Anyone ever heard of this.Insulators maybe? !?!

Welcome to ECF. If nothing is working my first thought is the batteries might not be legit high drain batteries.

Do you have any factory made coils for the top tank to try?

How long have you been building?
Have you had good success in the past?
Hey thanks! No unfortunately no factory coils. When it comes to success building it's been a mixed bag.Been building for a coupleyears.Once I get a build down for any aatomizer I'm good to go . I've vaped 2 avocado 24 exclusively for months now then a couple days ago wicked them up and wide open hot air hits like a hot spot, keep in mind I build spaced coils pretty much every build.so after a day of rebuilding I tried my old avocado 22 and kanger with the same results. Have tried all tanks on three different mods.I just can't imagine what it is!!!

So you have some new, quality high drain batteries?
They are not draining quickly and slow to provide power?

It just seems strange that none of your toppers perform, when you have been building for ages.
My first thought is problems with your mod/battery.

Edit. It may not help you, but I've really been liking the UD notch coils in my Avocado, they use less power and perform Greaaatt!

I'm using two eleaf 100w tc mods and tried attys on a kanger 70w as well and yes batteries are charged efest 18650 in the 100w mods and kanger 70w is built in . I've been building for a couple years. All the numbers are the same as they have been since I started building these particular attys months ago_Ohms and volts still read exactly the same they're all just hitting like there is a hot spot. The coils look fine if I pulse them a litte sometimes first or second pull seems good but after that hot air and a little flavorless vapor

weird... I'm going to say aliens!

3 mods and 4 tanks... the odds are against all of them having issues at the same time. so I have one question since you build, all the wire you used for the failing coils from the same place?
Yes all the wires are from same place but different brands, kanthal, ss, and clapton everything worked fine for months until a couple days ago.Looks like I'll be replacing everything. Can't figure it out.

Have you changed juices?
If so what were you using before and now.
That's the only variable I have not seen discussed. If it does it when hitting repeatedly your wick may not be keeping up.
Yeah I was trying to find a way to think it was the juice but it's the same juice I've been vaping for awhile now even the same bottle before these issues

Gotta track down the problem, that`s a part of vaping.

Last night I had a Orchid that was not firing, then it would fire, then it would`nt fire. I had washed it a few hours prior and thought it would have been thoroughly dry. Well, I finally took the bottom center pin out only to find some water in there and it must have been screwing with it cause once it was dried out and put back together, the issue was gone.

That'sTE="Hitmetwice, post: 18645171, member: 80654"]I'd start replacing slowly.
Go with a couple samsung 25 R's or Sonys.
An entire new set-up when you've got plenty seems an expense
I'd avoid as it may be totally unnecessary. jmo.[/QUOTE]
That's what I'm thinking gonna order a couple cheap clone tanks and some good batteries process of elimination looks like my only plan

Do you have an ohm meter? You gotta have a ohm meter. Last night it was the ohm meter that let me know the issue was isolated to the atty and that it was probably in the 510 or there about`s (BC the coils had already burned nicely previously. :?)
