If contacting them by email or whatever other method doesn't work...since your home is in FL, why don't you order your Nic in PG from Wizard Labs? They're in Altamonte Springs, FL. Their nic base is priced higher than MFS, but it's high quality IMO, much smoother than MFS Nic base...and the S/H to your home should be less from WL, too.

    For the record:

I place an order with MFS after they sent me an email announcing the changes to age verification for the FDA regs. I ordered two Kanger kits and went through all of the age verification by giving some information from my drivers license.

    My various addresses:

DL = 4 year old address I moved from
    Billing = PO Box
Shipping = Same PO Box, but listed as xxxx Street St #xxxx because many residents don't have mailboxes in my town and we list the post office as a street address and Fedex/UPS have agreed to deliver there.

I thought it was going to be a nightmare and that I'd never be able to order online again. Went off without a hitch, not even a hickup. Have a tank on one of the mods right now.

A lot of these vendors are going to do things to comply with the law, some may make better systems than others and they'll all figure it out eventually. In the meantime I'll only go through age verification with vendors I trust and hope the systems they use don't have mistakes.

I don't think that has anything to do with the order I was trying to make with MFS.

I was just trying to order some unflavored Nic PG to be delivered to my house in Florida, USA

The Philippines had nothing to do with any of this other than the country I am in when placing the order through the internet.
Sure it does. The IP you're ordering from is in the Philippines
so the automated fraud detector decided since you're CC is Florida, USA based
it's a possible fraud. It may not seem like it to you now but it's actually a good thing
that the card company is protecting you and themselves.
Hey, most customer service agents now are based in Manila
    give 'em a call.

Like I said before ... My Visa credit card issuing bank (USAA) told me that there [never] was an atempted purchase with my CC to My Freedom Smokes. They didn'y deny the purchase because they never even got a request from MFS for a purchase.

This transaction I tried to make [never] even made it as far as a request to my credit card bank.

Anyway, I emailed MFS to see what might have gone wrong ... we shall see what they tell me (if they resond to my email).

Something is real wrong here ... I make my own DYI juice, and have always ordered my unflavored PG nicotine base liquid from My Freedom Smokes (MFS).

I always use the same Visa credit card. My shipping address and my credit card billing address are the same, as it has always been.

But this time, my credit card was denied and I could not proceed with the internet purchase.

What the hell is going on with these internet e-cig suppliers?

My credit union card denies so often I don't use it for much of anything but the ATM (which it sometimes denies).
