I don't know what you mean by "method". I use safari 5.1.7 OSX 10.6.8.
On the checkout page, put the code into the coupon box.
I haven't tried it since.

Thanks for giving me a ring yesterday! Glad we could get this resolved :) Web development is working on our ideas we shared atm

On the subject of dispensing hardware: I find 18ga needles are way to small for VG. I found a couple of 14ga needles and use those on a 5ml syringe for PG, VG, and Nicotine (PG based). All of m flavoring is done with a 20ga needle on a 1ml syringe.

REALLY glad you brought this up :) Let me contact my supplier and see how quickly we can stock 14g blunt-tipped needles as well. Do you use needles for your formulations? I wouldn't think it's necessary unless you're injecting your finished 100% VG eliquid into a tank with a really small opening.

That wasn't me. Sorry.
I haven't had time to check the site recently.

One thing I'm looking for is a glass dropper with measurements on it. I've found a few on Amazon, but It would be nice for an all in one. What I did see for equipment looked promising and unlike what I've seen elsewhere. Good job.

that wouldn't be very acurate, and why most of us use syringes

I've used seriological (sp) syringes, which are a pain, can clean em, and they are like 2 feet long.

I put my nic in boston round glass amber bottles with a puncture top/ peircable screw caps.

More likely to need the needle when drawing liquid from a deep bottle. For injecting, no needle is necessary IMO, but I'm new to this so maybe get some opinions from more experienced DIYers too. If I was using VG base flavoring though, and it was supplied in a small bottle, that might be an issue.

Ziggytrix has it right: I only use needles (blunt-tipped) while mixing DIY e-liquids. Everything I make goes into glass bottles with dropper caps or into plastic squeeze bottles, so no needles for dispensing. The big bore needle is really only nice (almost necessary) for drawing the VG, but since it's already on the syringe I'll move straight in to the PG and the Nic (also PG in my case).

Most of the time I use syringes with needles (blunt)

What would the alternative be?

An alternative would be serological pipettes (like we use in the lab), or syringes without their needles. It really depends on that solution you are measuring though. While we use pipettes for our PG and flavorings, we always use a pluger-like device for VG measurements, like a syringe, due to its high viscosity.

For the price of guaranteed sterility and fresh equipment, why not invest in larger quantities of sterile, individually-wrapped syringes or pipette tips? Seems like the ritual of wash, dry, sterilize might get a little repetitive with a glass syringe :) They are great, however! Just a little bit of a game to keep the airtight seal functional after repeated washings/dryings.

Serological pipette tips are disposable for a reason! Why would you be cleaning them! (Unless you invested in a borosilicate set and had compressed air for cleaning :p)

I like those pierce-able screw caps for some bottles. Have you found that over time the puncture-healing plastic degrades over time? I have only used these in the laboratory for sterile compounds that were of 5mL size or smaller. Those were never punctured more than once or twice before discarded. I'd be interested to know how well they held up to the test of time. Those would be great items to stock on the site!

I actually never has the chance to draw pure VG through an 18-gauge needle. And MAN WAS IT DIFFICULT. 14-gauge needles are on their way ASAP with my apologies. C'mon Jake, think of the people! D'oh!

Just posted our new contest thread for our T-Shirt contest! Thanks 'OptimusPrimeRib' for the idea :) Took a bit for us to conceive in full at the laboratory, but here we go!

For anyone who has any ideas on some comical, provocative, or DIY-themed phrases for our tshirt we will be releasing, please pop over to this thread and share your thoughts! Free tshirts are in it for the winners (and participants)!

Nude Nicotine will also be releasing a very unique product tomorrow morning. Traditionally concentrated nicotine base has been limited by storage conditions for the DIY user, however with the impending FDA ruling, we are all considering our options. This product release will aid in the everyday DIY'er looking to store their concentrated nicotine base for prolonged periods of time, upwards of 2 years. Big news to come :)

IT'S HERE!!! Nude Armor has arrived:

» Nude Armor – 100mg/mL Nicotine Base – EXTENDED SHELF LIFE

Nude-Armor-Molecule.jpg

Nude Armor is a packaging solution of our 100mg/mL nicotine abse that allows for an extended shelf life upwards of one year! We utilize inert argon gas to purge oxygen-laden atmospheric gas out of the bottle. This results in an oxygen-free storage enviornment within the amber glass bottle, protecting not only from UV light, but from degradation by oxygen as well.

This is a truly unique product Nude Nicotine has to offer for those of you concerned with the quality of your nicotine base, and for those who require long-term storage for their solutions. We are proud to offer this USP-mandated storage solution to ALL DIY USERS out there, a service that should have existed since day 1 :)

Feel free to discuss this here as well! I hope that our vast DIY community here at ECF has a chance to learn of this advantageous method :)

I think the vast DIY community Has been learning about your "packaging methods".

You'll see we've stopped using first-class shipping for all concentrated nicotine products as a result of a broken package we were notified about.

In addition we've also begun to individually bag our bottles as of this past week.

Can you link me to a thread where this info might be posted in? I'd like to reassure everyone that our packaging methods have been replaced with a much more impact-safe and sealing solution :)

I'll be sure to post up a good amount of pictures to show our packing process either tomorrow or Monday :)

-Each bottle of nicotine now uses a LDPE-sealed Polycone cap to seal the PET amber bottles

-Each bottle is individually wrapped and heat-sealed in polyethylene bags

-First-class shipping has been removed for all concentrated nicotine products. We were unaware of how poorly they treated these packages in the shipping process.

-Robust cardboard packaging materials replace bubble mailers

In the past, we hadn't had a single issue, until a report of a single broken package from one of my customers. As a result, we have begun to implement these packing methods and have been in touch with customers to ensure a safe, robust, and compliant packing solution :) The last thing we want is a broken seal of a package in the mail. Both for the safety of the postal service and for our customers.

I should hope so. This sort of incident is just the thing the FDA is looking for to just down the vaping industry for everyone except BT and BP.
I am absolutely stunned that a vendor who bills their nicotine as "validated" would turn around and ship high strength in such flimsy packaging.

"We were unaware of how poorly they treated these packages in the shipping process."

That's incredibly naive on your part. You've never seen video of a usps or ups, fedx sorting facility? You don't think that was something you should have thought of? If you actually know as much about nicotine as you claim to you'd have realized that packing a toxic product the same way you'd package a long letter was a terrible practice.

I've been to your website. I almost bought your sales pitch. Then I remembered all the episodes of American Greed I've seen
(CNBC's American Greed: Scams, Schemes, and Broken Dreams) . Anybody can make a slick looking website or a very impressive professional brochure.
I took my business to a company with a considerably less impressive looking website. I paid about a third the price you were asking and my 60mg arrived intact in bubble wrapped hard plastic bubble wrapped bottles.

This is why we've dealt with this issue with incredible severity. We have made the immediate and necessary improvements for our nicotine to arrive intact and in proper condition.

What I'd like to do is prove to the community here that our liquid is packaged more-than-adequately. I've posted a link on our website that demonstrates the anatomy of a Nude Nicotine package as a result of this situation. Have a look:

» Anatomy of a Nude Nicotine Package

I've personally modified this packaging solution to be impact resistant and tolerant to a good battery of tests and drops we've engineered to far exceed the horrid conditions at a shipping facility such as this.

As a result of the incident as well, I've taken a good amount of my staff to see a USPS sorting facility. We made sure our tests for packaging far exceeded the impact packages experienced on these lines and are willing to stand by their integrity.

Look for a video of some funny footage of us testing these packages for impact resistance. If you want to see another test to see if our packaging remains in-tact, please ask!

Wasn't the customer's replacement sent in the same inadequate packaging?
