I'm soooooo disappointed! I had my Nuppin just long enough to get a sweet single coil build in it, and was very impressed. No sooner than I started working on a dual coil my chest/head cold kicked into ultra high gear, and I haven't been able to taste anything at all for like three days. From that one day of actual use, I can already tell this is going to be the atty for me. Thanks to Papa l for suggesting it!

Bummer about the cold-induced gustatory cessation. It is a wicked little atty - one of the very best.

It'll be there when you're healthy again.

Recent post say only 70 out of 300 left and he expects them to be gone within a month, he's been selling about a 100 a month.

Yup. I'm running Loki dt's on my Nuppin's.

If you're jonesing for a router (I gather you've sent yours off), Craig says they'll have 2500 of them available shortly (Monday?).

He said that 4 months ago... I think there's trouble in paradise. You would think he could satisfy his customers a little better than that. I gave up waiting, in fact, sold everything Loki I had... Much better fish in the sea imo...

Holy Shiseido Buckster... There's enough cotton in that atty to wick my entire collection!!!

'Tis maybe a bit much. Buckster, you can get away with a very limited amount with the Nuppin' and bottom feeding. This atty is stellar with as much air flow around the coils as you can get, so the extra cotton, while ensuring a cache of juice, works against that. YMMV, tho, so fill your boots.

Going through a lot of wandering wormwood in one of my Nuppin's on the LP Grand TRA. Easily my favorite ADV, bf atty and Reo.

Sounds lovely. The WW your own creation? Love me some absinthe, as you know - vaping a Green Fairy variant in a Nuppin' right now.

Still using the premade with around 490mls of it to use up before I start making my own exclusively. But I have the supplies in cold storage for when I do start making it. My LP Grand TRA with Nuppin/RxW is dedicated to the wormwood, gets used all day and night as my #1 PV. But it will take 6-7 months to use up the premade since I have another ADV.

An interesting tidbit for you about the Green Fairy maybe... My families homeland includes Val de Travers, Switzerland (along with Noiraigue, Ruegsau and Trubschachen, Switzerland). Val de Travers was the birthplace of Absinthe in the 18th century... in the sense of it being used as an alcoholic beverage in Switzerland and France (as a distilled liqueur or aperitif spirit by today's terminology). But in reality wormwood-infused drinks had been used as a medicine for thousands of years. So it's a strong possibility that some of my ancestors grew or distilled it, or both. I lost track of family still in Switzerland nearly 50 years ago, but with no family still alive here I can't confirm that. Forbidden in the US for 95 years, Absinthe is available here again as an alcoholic beverage. But we can't get original or even reduced modern Swiss or French quality Absinthe in the US. I remember illegally drinking near beer in my youth 50 to 60 years ago (3.2%ABV)... now even adults are only allowed near absinthe here.

Very cool, Spydro. Sounds like the lad's love is in your blood.

I tried my first absinthe (avec sucre, sans laudanum) in France about 30 years ago, so I know the cheap imitation we have here is a different animal. Tried to get the wife to enjoy some in Prague a few years ago - it didn't take. Possibly this was because it was the day Bin Laden was assassinated and a fight broke out in the absintherie while we were there between some Russians and Americans over the day's events - cast a pall on the evening.

Wherever this stuff goes, intrigue and stories follow.
