I put a 4mm ID super Clapton in the nano, cut the tails on a 45 angle 1mm out from the edges of the coil and just have the wick ends barely going into the juice holes. The coil is just above the posts by a bit and it's vaping quite nicely at 60W.

I tried this first with a 22g 8 wrap build and found it to work, so I switched it over to the super Clapton.

I have only used my 2 GMV3's in single coil. Great flavor but I wish they were more restricting in the air department.

so how about a vape band with fine mesh ss screen pockets in it to cover the air inlets.

Almost instantly on the Hohm Slice in Kanthal TC mode, it fires the coil at 101W until it hits 100F then your selected setting take over. Very quick in power mode as well.

See this is why I get frustrated. I brought my Nano with me today and rewicked. Been a great day. Next wick will try to be the same and it won't work at all.

I got my wick down on the first try. guess im lucky. I'm using cotton bacon v2.
No spitbacks, no dry hits, great flavor.

Let us know how the mini works out for you hitt. I've been eyeing that for myself, and the nano for my daughter. I'm just afraid the dual coil mini will go through too much juice that I can't get anymore. I'm down to one 15 ml bottle of the unflavored.
