I didn't need my Nanos modified... They work perfectly for me.

If I had to make them more restricted, I would try sticking some Stainless Steel mesh inside the air space of the bell.

Thanks, I might give that a try as I can't really vape it at the airflow it requires for acceptable flavour

Well my exo is truly taking the slow boat. I was hoping to get it by this weekend but it still shows in transit.

On a happier note, I figured out that the blueberry pancake recipe I was using in the nano and mini was the real problem I was having getting good flavor. I switched liquids in both and they are doing great.
There's something up with shipping, I have 3 packages spaced out over more than a month that haven't made it to the states yet...

Are you using epackets?

And yes, the ijoy EXO is kind of like an improved version of the merlin, main issue being the jfc, for me at least.

    Somewhere between here and there
I don't understand gearbest. One package is here in ten days and the next takes a month. They never use the same carrier twice in a row. I've had a predator on order for a week and a half from 3f and got an email this morning saying I can't have the color I ordered. Funny thing is that the same one they can't send is still available for order on their website.

Has anyone else noticed that some Nanos have offset post holes and some don't? My silver nano the post holes are even and my gold one they are offset. Both are authentic

I was wondering about this, does the bottom of one say OBS701A and the other say something else? Mine says OBS701A, and it has offset post holes.

This was discussed prob midway through this thread. They first came out with offset post holes & then peeps started receiving with level post holes. Speculators like us think they changed it cos for the offset post holes peeps were recommending wrapping the coils counterclockwise. Guess peeps complained then out came the level postholes. I'm guessing any new purchases will have the level postholes.

Thanks for the info! I couldn't get a response email from OBS about it

I keep my coil in the center of the holes on the posts. Close to the poles also.

I measured inside mine to find out where the coil needs to sit in order to be DIRECTLY in front of airflow. Line your coil up almost to the top of the post. See my example. I noticed a dramatic increase in flavor after I measured and did this. The higher the better I found but DO NOT place Coils above the top of the post.

So I guess the numbers don't mean much.

I guess not. I personally prefer the non offset version I don't have to wrap my Coils a certain way and I also find the non offset one is easier to line my coil up where it sits perfectly in front of the airflow holes. I ordered a couple more Nanos hoping they'll b the non offset versions

thanks ricks and mr relentless. i'll try your coil
method when i get home :)

basically where i have mine now, the air is going over the top of the coil..no wonder i'm not getting the right flavor!
