Definitely worth a try. For me I was lucky to find rayon early -- it turns out that my natural wicking approach is too tight for cotton but perfect for rayon.I still have not tried Rayon on mine. Next wick change...
5? coils?I also ordered the set of 5 from FT

All others are higher in the US
Thanks I'll go to True Value first.
They do come with a handle right? Just shorter than standard?
You can`t buy full prebuilt heads, but you can buy pre-rolled coils until you get comfortable/consistent in rolling your own. Things like: FastTech - Gadgets and Electronic
I believe most pre-built coils are wrapped clockwise rather than CCW, but they'll work fine. You'll want a drill bit, or a nail, or a coil mandrel to help you align the coil, and a pair of short wire snips to trim off the excess on the coil legs (the part that gets captured under the grub screws).
You would still need to do your own wicks. I personally prefer cellucotton 100% rayon (available at local Sally's beauty supply shops or from Amazon -- make sure it's marked as Rayon), but others like cotton.
I just purchased obs tank, premade coils at .5 and 1.0 ohm, cotton, and smok 350 box mod and fine tweezers from 3fvape.
Im a bit nervous but I think this is the best way to go.
Are there any tanks that don't leak that you can buy premade heads and put them in or rebuild your own but have the option to buy ones already made ?
Thanks for the pic! That really helps! No, they are the L shaped hex drivers.
For comparison, the Bondhus is the long dark color one on the left:

Thanks so much, Mark for this info. I need to get on you tube and start watching some instructional vids on this.

Im curious about that. I think it would nice to have the option.
I went the Bondhus screwdriver route. My hands thank me every time I use them instead of the L-shaped allen wrenches

Pass them around as Christmas gifts, like a fruitcake? [emoji1]
