Off topic- help with forum?

I'm not completely lazy. I did kind of try to find the answer to this on my own first but after 30 mins I figure it's easier to just ask.

Ok, I seem to be able to get a v4l sig, but how do i get that into my signature here? I've gone to settings and edit signature. What do I do from there?

Also, how do you like a post? I'm sure this is like super simple but I can't figure it out.

look at the lower right corner of your post...see the blue "Like" button, click it to like a post.

Go to the Welcome Mat Sticky at the top of the main forum page, click on the V4L Signature Link, then click on DaShiva's V4L Signature link on the first post....fill out the form.

When you are done highlight and copy the html code, then open up your account Settings, click Edit Signature. Then look above the dialog box, click on the icon for Images which is to the right of the Envelope Icon for an E-mail Link.

A URL dialog box will open, insert your html code into the dialog box, save, and you should be all set.

I was able to make a signature, but when I copy and paste the link it says "invalid file"?

Are you dropping the code into the Edit Signature Dialog Box or the Signature Picture Dialog Box? It should be in the larger Edit Signature Dialog Box on top.
