Cam, there were some definite mistakes on my part, but from the first day I offered to replace both atty's. I helped you try some things to work through the problems in the mean time and did put you at a priorety. I am trying to help ALOT of people the best I can while keeping up with production.

So I am sorry for the mix ups, and appreciate everyones patience through my startup phase, for some its been a little choppy.
All replacements have been shipped at this point with return envelopes and postage. All I ask is for you to return the broken ones.

I wish I could get my hands on a working 357. I purchased 2 on July 16 and they were faulty (leaked). Hanna replaced them and sent 2 that were not Cisco spec. Hanna said he was sending more. I am still waiting. Been 18 or some odd days since I ordered and have yet to get a working 357. Just sayin.

Luckily I have some LR 306's.

Hanna is slightly overwhelmed at the moment. We will do what it takes to get it all worked out.

I didn't buy any this round for the same reason. My single .357 is still going strong and I have plenty of backups.

Keep the faith Cam! The poor boy is working over-time to make these atty's and I personally know that he is doing everything humanly possible to crank these atty's out.

It would only be logical then to hire some Vulcans.

Ditto, got a couple stainless (hate using black atomizers submerged in juice). Received my black one today and put it right in the UFS, so far it's performing very well both in feeding and in atomizer performance - and it's getting better. Can't wait to get my stainless ones so I can take this black one out and put it on another mod.

Hmm, no codes I know of.. I automatically get a 5% of "repeat customer" discount that shows in my cart... Don't know at what point it started though. Just noticed it on my last 3 orders...
