Cam, cisco and hanna are both trying their best together trust me. Neither one wants anybody to receive a bad product it was just kind of bad luck on your part with your situation. It really seems you aren't even worried about having the products as much as you are badmouthing the people. Were only humans, mistakes happen. Wait until everythings said and done and then you can praise or complain about your experience.

I agree that I would be a little dissappointed if I were you but it's not the mistakes that people make that define them, it's how they deal with them. If at the end of the day in a couple of days you have replacement hh .357 that work great was the complaining really worth it?

Well said, Abu!

And Cam, it does sound like a lot of frustration talking. I would bet my last HH 357 that Cisco is completely on top of this and working VERY hard to remedy your situation. Between the problem and the solution... the road is long, and nerve-wracking. We've all BTDT. Relax. It will all work out. :)

use question.

Do you know if enough juice is in there if you still hear gurgling? I have read that you should not continue to hear that, but I find that the taste is not as good if I do not hear major gurgling. I find that when it is probably technically flooded, the flavor is the best.

what are your thoughts?

If you don't hear gurgling, that means that you don't have enough juice. You should always hear a split-second gurgle when taking a drag...

Just got my open center hh.357 today and I am breaking it in right now. So far the flavor isn't there yet and the vapor is about normal to a cisco 306 that has already bee broken in. So that being said I can only assume at this point that this atty will be a great atty once it is fully broken in. I am still waiting for my replacement one that I had to send my other one back to Hanna, but I am so glad I was able to get in in the last ordering date on the 3rd of August. And I also want to thank Cisco for getting it out so fast, Great job on shipping quickly:) I am not ready to say that I love this atty any better than my BF vapage yet because the vapage one gives me that flavor that I love, though the vapor isn't as thick I love the flavor it gives. I am hoping that this atty will soon be giving me that tasty vapor too and then I will have 2 great attys I can use. I am also very curious to find out how long this atty will last as it stands now I have been vaping on the BF vapage atty for 3 weeks and it is still going strong and in that 3 weeks I have only just cleaned it yesterday so that is great IMHO. Only time will tell with the HH.357 so that is my short input on the HH as of now with a few hours vaping on it:) I will check back in at different points thourghout the use of this atty...:)

I am still hearing a little gurgling. the issue is that I am getting a burnt smokey taste as well unless I put a lot more juice in. Are most of you dry pulling for a sec before activating the device?

I guess what I am saying is that it seems like I get way better flavor when there is almost TOO much juice in there.

Day 5 report: After an iso soak yesterday and another this morning, the vapor production/taste is still down. Any other ideas? It really seems to be slowly dying off and after 5 days, this can't be right. The flavor and hits seemed to be better during the "break in" and now that it's broken in it doesn't seem "better"

With a darker, sweeter juice is a daily soak necessary? How long should these atty's last?

For the record, to get any kind of a hit anywhere close to the 357 videos, I have to take a VERY long draw.

I am having a similar issues with one of mine. I am going to iso soak it and see if I can fix it. I think I may have put too much juice in.

also I notice if I pull fast and hard it gives me a better hit. did you try that?

Ya im going with a long 4-5+ hour iso soak now. Seems to be acting just like any other atty right now IMO great for the first couple days and then blah. Watching the videos and seeing people take a short quick draw and blow clouds is just not there for me. It was there for a day or so...

I haven't busted out my 2nd .357 yet as I feel I need to get much more out of this one to justify spending $21.99 on an atty. After all it only has been 5 days and this one is acting like a 2 week old 306

Did you watch Hanna's videos? He says a harder short pull to create the vacuum is a good idea. At least he said or wrote that somewhere... I take a short slightly tight hard draw for about 2s and get massive vapor.

In terms of performance fall-out after a while or cleaning, I'm not having that at all. It's held up nicely in that regard but it's just not as flavorful as I would like before it gets harsh. I think 2ohm or 2.5ohm will help with that but for now it's still working like a champ. -Magnus
