Speaking of supper...
Mine is going to late. While the two recipe's are pretty simple to put together and I started about 5:30pm... I kept getting calls from various folks ( Sis, exGF, and Mom to be exact, several times from each ) and I didn't get it into the oven until just now ( 7:45p )... Now I've got to wait another hour before it's done...
Tonight... it's the potato casserole I posted a little bit back ( ? last weekend maybe ) and the country style chicken kiev I'd posted a couple of weeks back. The next hour is likely to be a bit rough at my place...
