Correct :) I also test everything, every batch just in case something is wrong, if it's going to bad, I'll know about it.
I vape it first before anyone else.

This is great to hear, especially since I've been buying many of your juices. You are a reasonable man who takes reasonable precautions, and all of us should appreciate that - I do.

I should have tobacco flavors made and ready within two weeks or so, all the items are in place so please post your comments on what you would potentially like as far as flavoring. Plain, menthol, chery, raspberry, mint etc..
All flavors will be complimentary and not overpowering, so for example a Cherry will just have a hint of Cherry.

I have tried them and they are all good. everything I put in them seems to work better than a regular flavored liquid.

At first the tobacco will be a smoother variety with less of the harshness found in regular tobacco liquids.
I'll expand to more robust and deeper flavors as I go. There should be "true" tobacco flavors and should emulate that old feeling you had. I am excited about the prospects here.

They will be more expensive obviously but worth it I assure you.
(all other flavors will stay the same price)

I already named my Liquids "Jamie's Select" so not sure what I'll do with this special line :)
I think I'm going to use nice glass bottles also.

Awesomeness!!! I like some of the exotic flavors now and then, but I still like tobacco based ones for all the time. I'd love it if you made a vanilla-tobacco blend!

I can't believe I forgot to post this but I have two versions of the 510 to Go-go adapters now.

New 510 to Go-go Adapter:
Slim: which is a TRUE 510 to Go-go and will only work with 510:
DiscountVapers.com_510_to_Go-go_Adapter2__16126_zoom.jpg

when you put this on it practically disappears.
Note, this might work on eGos as well but it is true 510.

Generic: (what I have always carried and sold out of many times) that works with most 510 and eGo's

Hey Sex Man ... just checking in .... glad to see things are running along smooth! Love those chinese emails. I love buying stuff from china because the instructions are so funny. I had one the other day that said "To improve the pattern and appearance of the product without notifying, please comphrend us." I had to laugh.

But then again, I am easily amused.

Eric, If you are going to be selling juice you need to read this thread if you haven't already.

Urge

I am well aware of this, but thank you, it's GREAT that you guys are always keeping me up to date.

OK, so for the record:
1. I do not buy, nor have I ever bought, from Box Elder
2. I buy Pure 990mg Nicotine from a company with certificates out the wazoo.
3. I have a special place in my home to dilute the pure form, away from distractions, kids, or any potential issues (obviously or it would kill me or my family easily) everything is precleaned, cordoned off and not used twice.
4. Nicotine in it's pure form can kill you.
5. I couldn't live with myself if I ever did something to endanger someone by my negligence.

My method:
1. I take 4 NEW Cleaned 500ml bottles
2. I use PG with the nicotine to dilute it to 99.0 mg in those bottles.
This process is more complex but I use specific smaller glass bottles that hold a specific (and measured) amount of nic for each 500ml bottle, it can't hold any more than it needs to get it to the right ratio and it's one bottle per 500ml bottle, I could probably use the same small bottle for each but then there would be less in one 500ml bottle and more in another, even if it's just 1/4 ml, it's something.
3. I take each bottle and shake it on a specially modified paint can shaker. (yikes trade secret :) )
4. I immediately pour half into a clean measuring container and pour it into another new bottle and fill the remainder with more PG.

This leaves me with 8 Bottles of 49.5mg, which is relatively safe to handle
From there I premake 6, 12, 18, 24 and 36mg in 75/25 PG/VG mixes, taking into account the amount of PG already in the Nic mix.

I also make the premixed Nicotine bases I sell from this as well and they are immediately labels and done in like batches so there is no confusion. This is closer to the issue at hand

No matter what, even in the most weird, never going to happen scenarios, I couldn't ever give anyone anything higher than 49.5mg, not enough to do serious damage, just give you a mega rush. But honestly, that can't happen anyway, I'd have to fill a bottle purely with the nix mix, no flavor, no base. Not gonna happen.

I do not mix nicotine with VG because it does not always properly mix and can leave pockets of nicotine undiluted, which.. is bad :(

I VAPE A SMALL AMOUNT FROM EVERY PREMIXED BOTTLE. I cannot stress this enough, I think it sets me apart from the rest and if I ever get big enough to not be able to do this, I will probably sell on a limited basis. SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT. So if someone is going to have problems, it will be me.
I also toss anything I am not sure of or believe I might have made a mistake on.

This Box Elder thing is scary, I am not in a position to say if it's true or not but even if it has a remote chance of being true, why take the risk? In my case, you can be assured that I personally (no one else) do this myself, in my home where my family lives, breathes, plays and I take their safety VERY seriously. If I spill some liquid on the floor, who might walk on it? Maybe the cat, maybe the dog, and where do these animals put their paws? Yea...on my children... so it's diluted as soon as I get it in via the methods above.

I am giving serious thought to ending my sales of premixed nicotine base liquid. I do not sell much of it and the potential for someone to use it in some way to hurt me based on this kind of thing is enormous. Especially with what's been going on with my business and people writing bad reviews, angry emails from non customers and boxing out of vendors and of course, the incident with PayPal.

As of right now, I am suspending Nic Base mixes (not the flavored liquids, just the base) for the time being to mull it over. (thank you Urge, for the link to that latest post, it helped make my decision) if you have purchased this from me in the past, I'll still make it for you but it must be requested and you must have purchased it before. No new sales for now.

EDIT and Update:

I saw this thread:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...st-mg-ml-nicotine-follow-up-dvaps-method.html

I might get some of this and package it up for you guys. You can test your own stuff.

If you are talking about cartomizers, I'm happy in the 2.8-3.0 range, although 3.0-3.2 works too. For lower resistance, I generally use the dual coils at 1.6 ohm. But I can only use those (DCCs) on my 3.7 devices, on 5v (which I use often) I go with the higher 2.5-3.2 ... sweet spot falls about 2.8

Just curious, looking into getting some new items soon. What would be the best sweetspot ohm to get for 510's, my experience is limited:

2.2-2.4 Ohms
2.5-2.6 Ohms
2.6-2.8 Ohms
2.8-3.0 Ohms
3.0-3.2 Ohms
