Its just a Monday. I wish the best for every one this fine day. I hate the heat also Stoneface. So i enjoy sitting in an office, with very good a/c. I even vape in here!
Good afternoon DV. I had a great day yesterday hangin out at the park with some friends. Had some Taco Time, had some Cold Stone, got to play on the swings, yep it was a good day! I hope u all have a fantastic Monday!!!

Good afternoon DV. I had a great day yesterday hangin out at the park with some friends. Had some Taco Time, had some Cold Stone, got to play on the swings, yep it was a good day! I hope u all have a fantastic Monday!!!
Sounds like it was a great day with lots of good treats kaleb! I've never actually had Cold Stone, and there's one not far from my house. Ohhhhhh Taco Time, I have not had that in YEARS! The only one left around here is inside the mall, and Zooks don't do the mall. I used to love the deep fried beef burritos there, omigosh yummy!

I went to the psychologist today and I'm hopeful that he can help at least get me off some of these meds!
I had one of those insomnia nights so didn't sleep till after 3:30 then up at 6:20 with coughing spasms that put me in the shower and starting a load of laundry with my sheets... Ugh I then curled up with my psycho kitty and fell back asleep till 10:30 and had to get up and get ready for my appointment...
My shipment arrived today and I'm LOVING this little T3 that I got and the visionary isn't nearly as big as I imagined so I'm looking forward to my next shipment which has one of those for ME in it since this one is for my son... I had to guard the red evod from my son-in-law because he was trying to abscond with one of those and that one's for my niece-in-law lol heck I was tempted to steal it as well lol! I will say I think the pink battery I bought elsewhere is a knockoff because it's a darker pink than Erics... I'm a little irritated about that one... Teaches me a lesson in impatience!

Sorry you had a rough morning Ree! Coughing and insomnia are two things I absolutely HATE!!! I'm glad that you got some goodies in the mail though that hopefully put a smile on that beautiful face!

Not much going on here! Just sleepy, that's all!

Glad you had a great time with your friends, KalebK! I have a picnic with a few friends from a small Facebook group that I am in, tomorrow! I am excited, as I will be meeting new people!

Did I mention earlier that I made an appointment to see an orthopedic surgeon? My head hurts so bad that my memory is failing me! I am hoping to be able to get a knee replacement! If he won't listen to my arguments, I'm walking out! I am not wasting my time with someone who has no compassion! It's hard to find any doctors that'll listen, too! At least around here! I'll find one, though, as I am determined! I had to go to a few doctors about my sleep apnea before I found a good one, too! I have a great primary care doctor and therapist, luckily! I just don't really care for the physician's assistant (aka nurse practitioner, but she insists I call her a PA) that manages my psychiatric medications, but she is just giving me refills for what works for me. She said if she feels I need to change my doses or medications, she'll get a Psychiatrist involved. They didn't feel the need for one to manage my medications, as I am pretty stable now. I do think I'm going to try skipping my sleeping pill, aka Trazadone, at least once this week, as I've been a hard sleeper, lately. I am able to sleep through my alarm AND my hubby's. Hubby has his set to play a CD at full-blast when it goes off! It's MUCH louder than a buzzer at the highest volume setting, that's for sure! I've also been extremely tired and loopy after eight hours of sleep, too! Maybe now that my BIPAP machine is finally set at a decent level and my new mask doesn't leak, I'm getting better sleep! I know when the pressures were too high and the mask was leaking, I couldn't sleep at all from the noise!
Anyway, enough about me! I hope you all have a great night! Hubby will be leaving for work in 1/2 an hour and I'm off to take a nap! Gotta get my beauty sleep in before the picnic, tomorrow! Take care!
