Zooker, I know what you mean about being hypercritical of your own work but I'm guessing your vanity looks very nice. Congratulations on getting rid of the rotten squash vanity, that sounds about as appealing as an all pink bathroom

Ahhhh such a lazy Sunday here that I didn't get out of bed till 11:30 and forgot to take my morning meds till 4 oh yay no wonder I'm hurting lol :banghead:
It seems I've adopted a new child because my son's friend has been here 6 days this week lol he needs a good momma figure so it's all good... He's about as trustworthy as we can throw him so one of us has to be in the room with him at all times but he's trying at least so I'm willing to help and be nurturing. I told him if he goes back out though he's going to be picking my foot out of his rear only I didn't use that nice of a word lol. He's looking at having brain surgery though and has soooo much on his plate that I just have to be there for him! He's got a good heart and in my book that's what counts

I would have rather had the pink, seriously! The linoleum was every bit as ugly too, the subfloor even with bits of primer, paint and grout splattered on it looks better than that linoleum did! But guess what, today I did the pebble molding all around the walls, and grouted......and...........wait for it.............I am the Grout Goddess!!!! I can do it!! It went a millions times better today, and even though it was a lot of work, and my back hurts like hell, it looks great and I'm so much happier today than I was yesterday.Good evening DV. Wow, that's a lot for a young man to be dealing with! Where are his parents? Does your son still live at home? For some reason I was thinking he lived on his own. But, in my defense, I do suffer from a heavy case of CRS.. He's looking at having brain surgery though and has soooo much on his plate that I just have to be there for him! Good morning, everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! I was almost pulling my hair out attempting to finish my homework. Got most of it done, though. I'm a little behind in one class, but the school's website was down last night and I couldn't research what I needed to. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Don't worry about them. Because they can't tolerate cold temps, the furthest north they could go is quite a bit south of here. Remember, they originated in Africa. Some guy in S. America was experimenting with them, because they produce more honey, and they escaped. Beekeepers in warmer climates have adapted to them, using more protective clothing.Killer bees?!? Count me out! Good thing I'm FAR away from them! I don't know if they'd have the energy to fly all the way up here!
