DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!
thanks. i was so happy with my first 12 hours of vaping using the chopper i sure didnt want to send it back...i was fixin to order a second one and another battery.....and i will, as long as i see that it will truly work for more than a day when i have a new carto....thanks so much!

It's not the tank itself, it would be the carto, so I will send you a new one if you like, you can just pop the old one out.

Hey, ERIC, I just wanted to let you know that my cyclone has been working with out fail on the same cartomizer for three weeks plus with out cleaning, just a bunch of juice.
There goes your cartomizer sales right down the tube.

Also your little ones will be in my prayers. I hate it when little children get sick.

I'm vaping Blackberry on my new purple GoGo with the stainless drip tip and I'm in heaven!! This thing looks so good with the stainless drip tip the silver band and the beautiful high gloss paint. The whole thing together looks so awesome that I can't help being excited about it! :D And the Blackberry eLiquid is fantastic! It's just sweet enough and the flavor really pops. I haven't had good luck making fruit flavors so it's great that I can buy them from GoGoUSA at a good price.

Added: Eric, one thing I would like to see is the nicotine strength written on the bottle. You could add a circle to your graphics and just write it in with a permanent marker. Do you know what strength the prefilled cartos are? I got a buzz so it must be more than the 12mg I'm use to. Not complaining, it felt good, but would like to know. Thanks

After raising (with my wife of course ;)) 2 sons and now helping raise 3 grand kids, I can say there is nothing as pitiful as a sick child. Breaks my heart. Will add your little one to my prayers Eric.

And you guys talklin' Chopper tanks are gonna get me in trouble! I am spent out of PV funds for this month but if I keep hearing about the tanks, I'll have to figure something out before first of the month! :p

Speaking of ordering, my sales event complete Red Go-Go still hasn't arrived. USPS says they haven't received it still (which we all know is a Sears and Roebucks lie!) but I am gettin antsy over it by gosh. If my mail lady wasn't so sweet I'd give her a piece of my mind. Of course that isn't feasable because 1. She has no control over it and 2. Most folks that know me say I don't have enough mind left to spare a piece!

I've started writing in on the bottom in marker.
I have so many labels printed I don't really want to reprint them, maybe I should just write the number on the label on the side also?

I make every order alone by itself, so unless I misread the 12 as an 18? I am sorry about that, I will see what I can do to be more careful. There aren't many 12's and I do remember making a special bottle of base liquid for 12's, I also made a bottle of 6 recently. 99% of the time it is 18mg

Regardless, I will come up with something.

Prefill are supposed to be 12. That's what they told me, 12 light "cigarette" flavor.

**************************************

I just received my bottles yesterday, regular 15ml and also the new 3ml. I have to say the 3ml are flimsy little buggers but they serve the purpose, let's just say you probably won't be keeping the bottle for very long :)

So I should have enough to provide lots of samples. I have a system setup for it. I am not sure if I am going to do packs or offer individuals. Individuals would take a lot more time I think but might do it anyway.

**************************************

One note about some of the shipments last weekend. Monday I had to go to a Postal "store" to send them due to circumstances. They probably did not scan them and just transported them to the post office for delivery. This means they will not be tracked as they go and only tracked from electronic print and then delivery. It might have also added one day to delivery. I won't be going there again, but suffice to say this sometimes happens even at the regular post office. They are just lazy sometimes and throw them in the bin.

I only mention this because of an incident, 99.9% of Go-go Nation is fantastic but one customer was told about this on Monday when he asked why he couldn't track it and then told me last night that it wasn't delivered yet (he's in a neighboring state), in the email he said "there's no tracking so it probably wasn't sent" the attitude was a bit...off. Anyway, he sent the email at 6PM, I checked the tracking and indeed there was no point to point tracking but guess what? It recorded delivery at 11AM that morning...

My point being that sometimes USPS doesn't scan a package or scan it properly, but it will still get to it's destination. A lack of realtime tracking doesn't stop USPS from delivering the package. If it doesn't and USPS can't provide delivery confirmation I will ALWAYS resend another when needed. I ship fast, but that doesn't mean USPS will do the same :)

Thanks for the info Eric. I haven't received mine yet, and tracking doesn't show anything, but I trust that you did send it out, and it will probably arrive today.

I had a couple of ideas I wanted to throw out there... with the popularity of the Chopper tank (and it's awesome, love mine) I was wondering of some sort of device could be made, or found, and carried on your website so that we could punch our own cartos. I was thinking some sort of plier with a spike on one side and a rubberized groove on the other. That would make punching our own cartos for the tank as simple as squeezing the pliers. Something kind of like this: Beaducation: Metal Hole Punch Pliers, 1.8mm hole [PUN002]

Except it could open up wider to allow for the carto to fit in.

Another thing I was thinking of was a shorter cone that could be used with the tank. More like a band than a cone I guess.

Anyway, maybe those are unreasonable things to desire, but you seem like a guy who can get things done, so I thought I'd throw them out there for your consideration.

I do not make the cartos so I couldn't sell a product to circumvent that process. I understand the need for it, I just can't do that. Chopper makes and sells these items, selling a tool that takes away a part of his income is not something I would do.

That said, there is nothing stopping anyone from punching their own, or trying, it's certainly not hard. Chopper will be the first to tell you that. A drill press or a puncher is all you need.
Also, that tool you linked would probably deform the carto before it popped the hole.

As far as the cone, do you mean cut it so it goes up to the underside of the tank?
That would have to be specially made and cutting, drilling or otherwise trimming a cone would ruin the paint and probably chip it. Great idea for sure but to be completely honest, not worth the investment money. New products cost money to develop and I ma not entirely sure a band from the screw to the bottom of the tank would be a good seller.

Keep the ideas coming though :)

True about Canada Post also. Chopper shipped out my tank on Aug 26th. I'm still waiting....

P.s. Cones can be shortened with a grinder. I did it with eGo cones, to make room for the girth of my home-made LED Cheap-o-mizers.

Okay, I'm going to jump in and defend Eric on this shipping stuff, because I've done it for over a decade: for anyone getting antsy, everything he is saying about the Postal Delivery confirmation is true. It is NOT a package tracking system. Sometimes they do not do a scan at entry...often they don't even do scans as it moves through the sorting facilities. It is possible that the first (and only) scan does not get done until the package is delivered to the customer. Also possible the final scan is done when it's in the hands of your local carrier for final delivery, in which case it can show online as having been delivered, even though it is NOT in the hands of the customer yet.

Their tracking system is so a vendor can verify that a package has been delivered, and that's it. It is NOT meant to be a tracking system for the customer.

The Postal Service lost 8.5 BILLION dollars last year, and the big announcement they had yesterday (and that workers had been waiting for all week) involved doing away with 35,000 jobs...to say they are in flux at moment is an understatement.

Good point. I realized it would be taking away the profit from the cartos, but thought profit from the sales of a tool would make up for it. Obviously not for Chopper, unless he's the one supplying the tool. Okay, well, didn't mean to step on toes. As I said, it was just an idea.

Edit: No need for 4 paragraphs to explain that anyone misunderstanding my last post re: shipping took it the wrong way.

Eric is an honest person to a fault and my comments were supposed to be derogatory to the USPS, not Eric. He is as I have stated. A model for all vendors to try to live by.

Thanks! :)

A package that was mailed on Aug 24th arrived yesterday. I figure I should be enjoying my tank either tonight or Monday night.

When I order from the US, I always expect at least 3 weeks. By comparison, orders from China take less than 9 days for half the shipping cost and internal, coast-to-coast Canada Post costs could be double the cost from the US, but takes around 4 or 5 days.

Bottom line; It's a crapshoot, stock up.

That is truly ridiculous. I have experienced it as well on both shipping to and receiving from Canada. It normally takes literally half the time to receive a package from the U.K. or some parts of Europe as it does to our neighbors in Canada. :(

My sales red Go-go , plus chopper tank has not come yet either. I know Eric sent it- and I know my mail lady very well.
But it seems to be somewhere between Connecticut and Pennsylvania- post office says it was scanned but nothing else !!
Things from Eric, usually only take two days to get to me.
Could be caused by the hurricane, maybe ??
