That is truly ridiculous. I have experienced it as well on both shipping to and receiving from Canada. It normally takes literally half the time to receive a package from the U.K. or some parts of Europe as it does to our neighbors in Canada. :(

Yea, what is up with that? Very frustrating telling someone there isn't anything you can do. I don't blame my Canadian friends, I am pretty sure it's solely on the USPS shoulders. I can get a package from China in 3 days if I pay for it. Even if I don't I get it in max 7. From me to Germany or Australia sometimes it takes 21 or more?? :(

Sometimes a Package from me in CT to CA takes 3 days, other times, 7? No wonder they are losing money, poor follow through and systems breakdown.

The lady at the Postal Window today asked me why I waited in line, and I told her they needed to be scanned and she said "no they don't" a polite argument ensued and they got scanned :)

Ugg...

Good point. I realized it would be taking away the profit from the cartos, but thought profit from the sales of a tool would make up for it. Obviously not for Chopper, unless he's the one supplying the tool. Okay, well, didn't mean to step on toes. As I said, it was just an idea.

All ideas are welcome, no worries.

When I "partner" with someone, it is rock solid. So I just wouldn't sell something that might eat away at his sales. I don't mind if it eats away at mine because I'll just find something else for you guys and gals to drool over :) :)

There must be something going on at the USPS. I just received a pkg from another supplier that took 8 days when normally it is 2 or 3 days. I contacted him so he sent me another order and then the one I thought was lost finally showed up.

that's good to know, thank you.

Eric, Don't worry- We Trust you and unless you want to try delivery on a very fast pony,
we all just are dependent on the usps.
(Not sure even the fastest pony would be any quicker, though-LOL )
Is your son better now ??
Life has sure been giving you the pitts lately.

YES! I've been saying this forever and it bears repeating! Delivery Confirmation is NOT a tracking system. It is meant to show that the package has been delivered only. That means sometimes it won't even enter the system until AFTER it has been delivered. Just because sometimes it does enter the system beforehand, people have come to rely on it to be a tracking number. We need to correct our expectations on this immediately. Personally, I'm not one to track my packages anyway, unless it's been longer than expected to receive something, then I might look up the DC # to see if it's been mistakenly delivered somewhere else.

So please, people ... stop using your DC # as a tracking device and having fits over where your packages are. If it doesn't arrive within a week, then you can panic, otherwise, calm down, vape something delicious, and focus all that energy on world peace.

thank you and have a nice day :)

Okay, I'm going to jump in and defend Eric on this shipping stuff, because I've done it for over a decade: for anyone getting antsy, everything he is saying about the Postal Delivery confirmation is true. It is NOT a package tracking system. Sometimes they do not do a scan at entry...often they don't even do scans as it moves through the sorting facilities. It is possible that the first (and only) scan does not get done until the package is delivered to the customer. Also possible the final scan is done when it's in the hands of your local carrier for final delivery, in which case it can show online as having been delivered, even though it is NOT in the hands of the customer yet.

Their tracking system is so a vendor can verify that a package has been delivered, and that's it. It is NOT meant to be a tracking system for the customer.

The Postal Service lost 8.5 BILLION dollars last year, and the big announcement they had yesterday (and that workers had been waiting for all week) involved doing away with 35,000 jobs...to say they are in flux at moment is an understatement.

Samples are ready:

Here is what the bottles look like:
This is very tiny, the picture is actually larger than the bottle itself. It hold 3ml plus a little extra but I can't go too much extra otherwise the tip doesn't pop on.

Bottle and cap:

No Label:
Go-goUSA.com_Liquid_Sample2.jpg

This is how I am marking them on the bottom for Nic mg
Go-goUSA.com_Liquid_Sample3.jpg

All of these are 75/25 PG/VG. I am not going to make them any other way (for now)
I can make any flavor in 0 mg but I am only doing nic bases at 6mg and 18mg
I may expand but for now, I think this will work. If you order a sample, it will be with the regular liquid so you'll be able to order it at higher mg but you won't get it. Sorry but thems the breaks :(

I am going to put a small label on them with only the name of the liquid. Nothing fancy.
I still have to go out and get them as I don't have them on hand. Maybe my wife will be nice to me and go out later :)

I have decided to price them at 1.99 each. I think this will be a small investment to see what the flavor is like. It's not 5 bucks and decide you don't like something, it's 2 bucks and that's less than a cup of joe :) I am pretty sure this is a fair price.

I reserve the right to up the price if this becomes to much of a time sink :)

I will also put up a 10 pack for $17.99 and maybe a 5 pack (not sure about that one)
The packs will be premade so you won't have a choice on flavors but eventually I will vary up the packs. Initially the packs will have the most requested flavors: Lemonade, French Toast, Blackberry, Waffle and Raspberry. The others are just what I have on hand (all will be different) None of the new flavors below will be in a pack (yet)

I am in the process of adding a sample option to each liquid now and it should be complete in an hour or so. Depending on demand, you may have to wait a bit to get yours. Please do not expect an individual sample to go out as quickly as a regular order (although I will try my best)

You may ask yourself, but why? it's a small bottle, can't take all that much time.

But it does.. oh but it does.

This is my plan, the floor is open for suggestions but I have put some thought into it, let me know if I've missed something.:2cool:

*************************************

"Italian Ice Watermelon" and "Italian Ice Lemonade" as well as "Fire" and "Ice" will also be live on the site sometime tonight and they will be available as samples as well.
Be warned, when I say "fire" I mean "fire" ok, don't get it on your lips
It's cinnamon based with some other niceties thrown in. You need to LOVE cinnamon to like this one.

I do not have much of this or the other new flavors on hand, but will have more soon enough.

PLEASE give me some feedback, these flavors are new and I am the only one who has tested them. if they are too heavy, too light, or do not reflect the flavor let me know, the more feedback I get the better it becomes. negative feedback is OK!

Side Note:
All flavors are made with 100% PG and VG, restrained and not touched by and hands.
All flavor ingredients are 100% natural and come from the usual suspects TFA, Capellas, Lorain (no oils) and one or two more you might not know about but have certifications inspected by me.
Everything comes from inside the United States and keeps hard working Americans employed!

Enough on shipping....

More more ecigs.
continuing the feedback on the stuff I have ordered.

Received the VV passthrough. It's perfect. Works great with the mega dual coil carts, and switching voltages is awesome.
10 out of 10. No more burning battery life at my desk at work.

Blackberry Juice- I really didn't expect to like it as much as I do. It is very good.
Berry Bomb- Also very good. If you like cherry or blackberry, you will like the berry bomb as well. It is a good mixture of flavors.

So in summation for the whole order.

Love the xl2, but it is for carts above 1.5 ohms.
Not thrilled with the trustfire batteries. I plan to re-order another battery (mabye it will improve the xl2 even more and fix the 1.5 ohm issues)
Absolutely thrilled with the VV usb passthrough. If you don't mind the cord, I don't think you will find a better passthrough.

I like all the juices.
Most favorite is a toss up between lemonade and cinn city.
Least favorite is PB cups, but I haven't found a chocolate that i have been thrilled yet from anywhere.
Cool Breeze is a second favorite, and has the best throat hit of any juice I have tried.
Like all the berries, and would have no problem recommending them to anyone.
Jury is still out on french toast, so I am letting is steep for another day.

So that's it for this order.
I am a very satisfied customer.
Thank you Eric.

Awesome news on the sample packs! While it may change over time, I still think your version of lemonade is the most authentic I have tried. I have never ordered a large bottle of anything (read that = over 100ml) but the lemonade is rapidly becoming my got to vape and I didn't think anything would replace the Atomic Cinnacide. :)

One last note on shipping. My hat's off to anyone that can not stress over shipping but a persons take on the USPS is as subjective as juice flavors. Many are into vaping to not just replace tobacco but because they can no longer afford tobacco in this rotten economy world-wide.

You also cannot separate shipping from the rest of online business as it is just that - online business. Until a shop, any shop selling any item, is a physical shop, shipping is integral to business. Shushing people for things that you may not care about but is a valid concern to a good portion of Eric's customers is doing Eric a dis-service. As a business man, he recognizes the unbreakable link between shipping and online business or he wouldn't go the extra mile and insist he see the USPS scan items.

If slow, inconsistent USPS shipping doesn't bug you, please don't try to make those that it does bug look silly. I wouldn't think of making a snide remark to anyone not caring for my favorite lemonade juice. Why? Because it is all subjective. If I ever return to the days where dropping a 20 is no more important to my budget than dropping a couple of bucks, I may not care either. Until then, when Eric literally busts his hump getting everything just right for us and any intermediary service detracts from it, I will likely say something.

This is an open forum/thread and we have a great, concerned and professional supplier in Eric and many experienced, good hearted members lending a helping hand. The last thing he needs or any of us want is for this sub-forum to become as arrogant and hierarchal as V4L or Nhaler sub-forums. Thanks and apologies if my heart felt words offend anyone. :)

Amen to that.

As an update, some of the items sent on Monday have been delivered, that is good news as all were shipped from the same location, none of these items were scanned at point of acceptance. ALL of them are late, in fact I have some that were sent after Monday that have been delivered already, so I can only assume that someone was lazy and didn't want to come back and get all the packages from this Postal Store. I do remember that when my items were put into the bin, it was an overflowing bin (large tub like bin) my assumption here is that a small USPS truck came to pick them up and didn't have room for all of them?

Not sure, but I won't be going there again.

I stress over shipping because I know that even though I have no physical control over it, bad shipping is a reflection on my business, that is unavoidable, if you buy something online and it takes a week to get to you when it should take just a few days, USPS is not the one who suffers a reputation hit.

I do apologize for the time it is taking on some orders.
