If I knew all the nut sizes I would get them, the issue is I have ordered about a dozen way back just to find one for the aga and nothing ever seemed to fit, we need a resident nuts expert :) who can figure our the right part numbers and I would then carry them.,

for the #19, I am getting it in again but someone told me my number 19 is actually a 9... weird, they sell it to me as a "19" so now I am confused.. and what is the 20? I don;t think I saw that one?
I'll take this over to the Product Request thread....
Definitely teach those boys how to pull merch and pack boxes!! They can "earn their keep," or at least that's what I was told as a kid...:)

CONGRATULATIONS!:) Did you use the Home Depot washer fix??? Now be careful when you get the new adapter, although it might not be a problem if you have a new washer.

Yes, what he said ^^^
Used a drip tip o-ring.. Its not working like it was, but its working. Its a challenge to get my vivi novas to screw on to it. I don't know why...

The o-ring might be lifting the pin too much so that the Vivi does not have enough threads grabbing securely. Does the Vivi stay on but wobble? Some folks who tried the #60 plumbing washer fix carefully cut them in half so that it didn't raise the pin so much. That solved some problems for them. It would be tough to slice the tiny washer in half, much less the o-ring! [When they sliced the washer, they held the washer with needlenose pliers and used an exacto to shave off one side...tedious, I know]

I think that's the problem. So they just used half of it?

Not everyone from the Vamo Ohm Fix thread, but some of them, yes. I don't know how to recommend cutting the drip tip o-ring down...my best thought so far is to slide it down against the flange of a carto, but it would still be difficult to slice the o-ring without cutting through it. And, I don't know if the o-ring would slide around while you try to cut it.

EDIT: Maybe you could heat up something metal so that you could flatten the o-ring? It might make your own washer that would be thinner than the plumbing washer. I don't know what temperature is high enough too melt it and low enough to avoid disaster, though. :p

Good Morning DV:)

I'm about ready to throw it out the window! I think I'm just gonna mail to to you and see what you can do with it. Sound good? If u can't fix it, I'll just buy a new one, no biggie, they are only 50 bucks.
Let's try to fix it before you throw it out the window. You have PMs to read... :D
Kelebk07 if you have a old t3 head you can pull out the center pin from it than pull out the white insulator from the bottom than put that in the hole in the head to use for the oring.Did that on a smok zmax to get it working again.
This gave me an idea, Kaleb, I sent you a link to a little home-made photo tutorial. I hope it makes sense...
