On Dr. Farsalino's Indiegogo campaign page, in the campaign notes (which are in an Update toward the bottom of the page), Dr. F. takes note of the new generation of temperature regulated mods:
"... We are going to test these devices, not only to see that temperature control is indeed a reality, but also (and most importantly) to see the levels of vapor production (which is a measure of satifaction for the vaper) and the effect of temperature control on aldehyde emissions to the vapor. The latter will show the true impact of temperature control on safety..."
You can leave a comment when you contribute (which can be any amount you want, by the way, it's not limited to the $600 default). In my comment, I suggested that he also test whether the nickel
coils are giving off nickel fumes that are getting into the vapor. There aren't that many comments -- mine was three day ago, and it's still the most recent comment -- so I'm guessing he's reading them all. If he hasn't already decided to test for nickel, I expect just a few more comments asking him to do so would probably do the trick.
