Materials for provape devices were manufactured in China. The devices were assembled(made)in USA.

Very few people take PBullardo seriously anymore since his reviews are skewed due to all the money and perks manufacturers throw at him.
PWho? Do you mean Phil Busardo? How many (of the few) take him seriously, by chance? What do you mean his reviews are "skewed"? How much money and how many perks did he actually receive from manufacturers? Who are those who threw them at him? (Again, details, please.)
I'm not sure about Dicodes, I will email them and ask. There website is up and running unlike provape. If it's the same facts as Provaris then no it is not made in Germany

Which brings me to my next point. The FDA regulations had nothing to do with Provape closing, it was all about their refusal to adapt to the changing marketplace, they became the vaping worlds Blackberry.
I bet that "Bill"(what's left of Provape) will not even honor most of the warranties. In fact , whoever sends in their devices for repair "Bill" will request the email receipt. Most people don't even have them and since Provape closed down their website no one will be able to access their purchase history accounts from provape.com. That is why what Provape did is cowardly and unethical, they closed up shop, misled their loyal customers, falsely claimed their devices were made in USA, and dumped their "warranties" on someone named "bill".

I bet Bill (no quotes) WILL honor all warranties. In fact, whomever sends in their device(s) will most likely get the Provape service they have come to trust and expect.

Thanks, Moonwalker. Interestingly enuf, in the many years of Provari disagreements, there have always been people who don't like the device, or the company.
Why they'd ever want to engage and spend their own precious time coming into a thread for such a company or device is truly beyond most of us.
