With the limitations you have, I can see why you'd have something you need in every room- it only makes sense.
I mainly prefer '650's in my box mods- in tube mods, they're just too long.

If I lived alone I'd definitely have mods & batteries all over the place but since I don't, everything is in my bedroom.

I figured the mini was getting a new cap, but I had no idea the LED color could be changed. How very cool!! I don't have any with red LEDs, but if I did they would be in the mail ASAP. I used to have a full sized polished with a red LED and I felt my retinas burning when I looked at it - probably due to the bright shiny combo. It went to a new home.

My 1st ProVari has a red LED. The brightness of it never bothered me but I've read plenty of posts in which people said the red affected their eyes. My next was green, then blue LED.
The 2 NOTV were all red; my g/f got the white/pink fade & she could give a damn what color the LED is. The blue mini having a red LED was slowly driving me out my mind because it didn't match.

I have reading glasses in both bathrooms, the utility room, in the footstool in my listening room, on the end table next to my chair in the living room, in my briefcase, in my jacket pocket, next to my PC desk, in the gun and sewing room, on the nightstand next to the bed, and on the visor in my Jeep. But, I use a cane and am on oxygen...

When it comes to batteries, I use 18650's and only have to change it every other day.

Hmmm, that might be kind of hard without getting my whole face (I'd have to use a mirror) and I know you don't want that. The only way to really tell is sometimes others will freak out saying I look like The Terminator when the light hits my face just right. The light will reflect off the plastic of the fake lens in my left eye but not off the real one in my right.

I've certainly walked all around the condo looking for my iPhone, when it was in my hand. Got pretty frustrated cuz I couldn't find it. Charlie looked at me and asked what's in your hand. "Oh, there it is!"
