I will try and find you the sea island cotton. Oh the Ping G 30 driver is on my Christmas list. I've been swinging it each time I go to ....'s sporting goods. It's light as a feather. Ping is like Provari as they hold their value.

Hope you've been nice! I love that driver. And the hybrids. And the irons (but not the wedges. Cleveland wedges rock.). Little draw; lots of roll. It's all good.

I use the G 25 irons, Cleveland hybrids, and Cleveland wedges. Can't forget Pro V1's. I've been nice.

I like that.
However, if you don't mind me making a couple of comments...?
1. I use the Japanese cotton, because of the form factor...it comes in these awesome little squares, and is a sandwich of fluffy cotton in the middle, with a stiffer cotton layer on the outside...which yields two different types of wick. I enjoy both, and enjoy that they're both from one product.
2. While I agree that there shouldn't be an air of exotic mystery about it, just because it's from Japan, I do feel one key factor was overlooked...
Let's take wine, for example. Vineyards live and breathe by their grapes, yes? Yet some vineyards are better than others. Is it their process? Probably. But I can guarantee you one thing... Every wine maker will tell you it's all in the location. Why else would there be so many vineyards in Napa, CA? So wouldn't it be safe to assume that this goes for other crops? Simple science explains that growing conditions would make vast differences in the same species of a given crop.
While I wholeheartedly believe in buying American, I also believe that the Japanese cotton may be delivering more than a placebo effect...because it is grown in a different set of conditions, may actually make a real difference.
-------------------------------------
It's hard for me to explore new options in vaping. I am a creature of habit, as well as OCD. So, admittedly, I rarely venture outside my comfort zone. Once the Japanese cotton "fad" started, I didn't simply jump on the bandwagon. I used advice from a trusted source (my local shop). They are exposed to a mind boggling range of people, gear, methods, and products. All day, every day, they study what works best. Not just what works best for them, but what works best across the board. So I gladly follow their advice...which was to use the Japanese cotton, in my Kayfuns, on my P3.

Do I believe that trends typically set the mood for our industry? Absolutely. However, I do subscribe to the mindset that "all these people can't be wrong"...
Kinda like when someone doesn't like Chinese food...his friend might say to him "Try it. It's good. 1 billion people can't be wrong!"

I use Graham Cellucotton 100% cotton. It has long fibers, as it is manufactured in coils for the beauty industry. Granted, I don't know where the cotton is grown, but it's distributed by a US company and logic tells me it's not imported, since I paid about $7.00 for 40ft. It doesn't come in squares, but I can roll a perfect little wick in the time it would take to cut one from a square. Maybe that comes from embroidering, I don't know.

If someone really wants squares, here's an example of another beauty product: http://www.purespadirect.com/MISS-WEBRIL-100-Cotton-Skin-Care-Pads-4-x-4-p/vb-110012.htm

Medical grade cotton pads are also available, but it will take some searching to find them sold in less than cases and not sold from China.

Ah, Mr. Ping, I hear you. If I could find Sea Island cotton - perhaps the finest cotton in the world - I would use that. But I can't. So far, my local vape shop has been enormously helpful. They use those lovely little Japanese cotton squares. They gave me 3 of them, which will probably last for two months. In the meanwhile, if you happen across any Sea Island goods, please snag them for me! :). (BTW, I use Ping G30's, the best dang clubs in the world!)

You'll have to let us know how it wicks. Zimmerli - Sea Island Cotton Boxer Briefs.|.MR PORTER

I was at my best when I was 18 and it was down hill after that. :)

We're talking golf, yes? ;-)

I was going to hold out for Gunmetal for my 2nd P3.
Until the announced the Celtic Knot.

Gunmetal would nail me. I'm still tempted by the 2.5 version, and I DO NOT NEED IT.

I just checked the tracking info on the P3 that I mailed back to ProVape on Thursday, and it's scheduled to be delivered to them today :D

Now I just need them to inspect it and credit my account so I can get my Celtic Knot P3 ordered already :)

It was delivered earlier today at around noon :) Anyone have any idea if ProVape is open on the weekends? I'm just curious if I will have to wait until Monday for them to inspect it and credit my account...

Oh and I was just staring at the pictures of the CK P3 (that's what I'm going to call the Celtic Knot P3 from now on ) on the ProVape website for the 100th time, and I noticed that the Celtic Knots engraved into the P3 seem to replace the P3 hexagon logos that so many people had a problem with. I actually liked the logo, but I would definitely prefer the Celtic Knots :D

Is anyone else planning to get one anytime soon? Or by chance has anyone already received one? I would love to see some more detailed pictures of it, there are 0 on Google. In fact when I search Google Images for "Celtic Knot P3" my signature shows up in the first few images
