I shaved this morning with an American made razor, Gillette 193 (fatboy), with Feather Japanese blades. I used a British badger brush (Rooney) to make my Hungarian shaving cream lather (Figaro). I finished it all off with Old Spice Limes aftershave (India). All of these things were labeled with the country of manufacture. Why is it so weird to have that on an e-cig?

This incredible shave was made possible because of the internet. When something is high quality, I expect the manufacturer and the purchaser to take pride in the point of origin.

I also have a hard time trusting someone who only eats one hot meal a day to speak for the whole world. (the Dutch only eat one hot meal a day? Strange beyond belief). :D

Another DE safety razor guy, I see... A lot of passionate folks in those forums too! I don't like the feather blades, fwiw :) I'll use them in a pinch, but I prefer the bluebird blades

P3 beta report... 3 days of heavy use, by me and many others, and only one issue. One time, it failed to fire my nautilus. I forget if I installed the 1.6 or 1.8 coil, but the P3's been reading it as 1.7 since I got the P3 (info reads 1.69 to 1.70 with multiple checks). The one time it didn't fire, I caught the error being "atty resistance too low". I didn't do anything but fire it again. It was screwed down tight, so no loose connections. Battery was at about 35% (and still firing now at 28%). Wattage mode, 12.6W. This was the first and only anomaly I've encountered with a lot of use.

I've never owned a Provari, but I have found myself considering a P3. My main turn-off is the satin finish. Now if it was brushed it would match my attys much better and I would pull the pin immediately..........

The Satin Silver actually compliments brushed stainless steel VERY well...
Especially as the top cap and battery cap are stainless...it makes for a great overall effect!

After a full 4 days my opinion of my beta has changed.

On day one, I actually didn't really like it.. I didn't like the look, menu system, two piece top and the extension rings.

Now, I actually like the menu, like the two piece top and the look has grown on me. Only part I still dislike is the extension rings, hopefully provape can sell 18650 & 18500 one piece caps.

Stand out feature is the hot boost and I like the dashboard info system ie battery, ohms, boost level.

only feature am unsure about is the IQ.. It told me that almost all my batteries are "bad" they were AW and I though "fair enough they are all old" and maybe I could do with updating them, So I ordered 6 news batteries a bit of a mixture, AW, Torchy, efest red & efest purple, they all arrived today and well am not sure how much I believe the IQ system as only one of them is "great"

Hi Jonny,

Try stretching out your spring a little. The IQ system is very sensitive and accurate, so little things can cause the value to drop. Stretching out the spring will help make for a better contact. :)

I am sticking to my guns we are months away from launch day..... IMO there are still a few tweaks to work out... Menu system-maybe? Penny tight atty connection ? I still think reverse threads would be the way to go.... As long as the P3 has been in the works it should be near perfect, after all it is a Provari. :)

Nah, not buying your months away hypothesis. The holiday's are coming up and it seems to me Provape fully intends to have P3's in our stockings this year. That means B&M launch in the coming weeks and online sales in time for Santa.

Care to wager a gentleman's bet??
We can bet what ever you want.... B&M sales in the next few weeks, well maybe but don't hold your breath ;) Online sales in time for Santa? That is still months away, it's only 9/9/14...

Do you have any pics available with another color?

Which colors that you know of are going to be first on the market?

Pro Vape hasn't released info on what colors will be available first. They did state that they will be using the same durable coating methods. I wasn't sure how I was going to like the bare metal look but it's growing on me. Only down side is any little scratches show up. I love my ProVari P3 and will be purchasing another one when the colors come out. After the official release.

@Vape360 ~ Can you say if the P3 will eventually come out in the same colors as existing 2.5's?

Since colors are constantly rotating I don't know yet what colors will be available for the P3, but once we get a little further into production we should have a better idea and we can update you then.
