No, he's making fun of the fact that many men as they get older, get 'flow' issues...

Well I don't know how much flow a "stock bunghole" has, or if that's genetically predetermined...but mine seems to be controlled by the lower intestine..
Cuz I was talking about brown flow...
Yellow flow rate is as fast as a local race horse!!!

Happy Birthday!

I missed that too, so Happy Birthday, Master of IQ! I hope you had a great one.........

Oh and on "yellow flow rate" enjoy that race horse speed, cuz trust me, it don't last!!

Maybe we've got the solution to all these discussion about IQ and No-Ox. Thanks to you (um, TMI anyone! LOL) we're now moving into the bodily fluid functions of the owners of P3. Who'd have guessed we move in this direction?

I'm sure this has already been asked and answered, but I have already had my P3 sent in an upgraded. I wasn't told what was done, so does anyone know. I done a search and couldn't find answer. So excuse me in advance and thank you.

Interesting to note that the P3 remembers the voltage set for different toppers with different impedances...I switched from my erlprinz at 1.8Ohms set to 4.4V, to my KFL+ at 1.2Ohms, and it switches automatically to the voltage I was vaping at yesterday at 3.6V..

I must have glossed over this feature somehow...pleasant way to wake up!!

Will be interesting to see if this can be duplicated. It's certainly possible that the battery may have been on it's way out, which went unnoticed due to regular use. This would explain the apparent lack of over-discharge protection. The P3 may have shut itself down at a predetermined voltage, but the defective battery kept discharging on it's own.

I would surely think the engineers at Provape would have checked quiescent current draw on their design, as well as including over-discharge protection.

The battery was in very good condition before leaving for a week and was at 60% charge level. It had a hi IQ, showing very low internal resistance which is a very good indication of battery health. Also, the P3 was still functioning with the low battery light flash every few seconds on the button, and surprisingly... the screen still lit up showing the normal info screen including the batt Empty message. So the mod wouldn't fire, and low voltage protection for actually using the device was working well. But the heartbeat during non-use continued to drain the battery even when the low voltage protection would not allow device use. This is where I feel improvement can be made to shut down the device when too low a voltage in non-use mode before critical discharge levels are reached. Maybe somewhere in the 2.8~2.9v range.

An interesting note though, it's surprising how low a voltage is needed to for the board and screen to function. In this case, 2.58v and the board, screen and menu system worked normally. I'm sure at some point the device would have turned off when the battery voltage level was under what was needed to keep the board alive, but I have no idea what that voltage level is. It does appear that it is well below safe voltage discharge level for a Li battery though.

It's also a bit surprising how much power is used in non-use mode. I really didn't consider 7 days an extended period of time to deplete over 60% of the battery charge when not being used, but I guess I will have to consider anything more than a couple of days an extended period of time now. But TBH, I would prefer that the P3 just managed the battery during non-use like it does during use.
