Stanley, I have suggested to you before to send your faulty Kayfuns to someone that can look them over. I asked before and you didn't reply, but I think you have K4's?? If so, I'm pretty sure Q or Mtek would take a look at them for you. They'll get to the bottom of it. If you have KFL's, I would be more than happy to look at them. I skipped on the K4's due to the unfavorable cost/benefit ratio.
I decided to get new Nano Kits for my Kayfuns. The ones I had before were frosted plastic. It's just a matter of time before my P3 does a header and these plastic parts will shatter in a million pieces. So I got the more standard Nano kits this time. In mini P3 mode it is a very compact setup that I enjoy.
Why does your nano kit look as if it the same size as my KFL? Is it the bottom steel section being smaller?
And if I fill the KF(4) only as high as Q does and use rayon, all works well, given its nano size capacity. That has been mostly worked out.

No need to answer Bronze I looked up the nano kit before and both steels sections are smaller and comes with a smaller chimney cap. I'm going to wait till I receive my $600 allowance on the first and buy another FP KLF. Yes, I'm on a allowance.

My problem is the Subtank (et al) is the best airy vape I can find that uses prebuilt coils (I do not make coils-hands are shot). My 25mm Subtank leaks very badly from the seals, my Subtank Mini leaks from the airflow adjustment ring (I HATE JUICE ON MY HANDS), I am on my second Mini and it is slightly weeping juice from the air flow adjustment ring.
Tell me something else to use? The Silo is good, but not as good/airy as the Subtank. Should I dare spend the $$$ I don't have (fixed income, disability) to buy a Subtank Plus? (new 25mm Subtank)? Any ideas??
