So today is my nieces birthday and she loves the cabernet red Radius and Kabuki I got for her. She filled the Kabuki with some 'nana cream and she's in vaping heaven :)

And here's something else that's really cool. About 3 months ago my niece started dating this girl who smokes. Or rather, who used to smoke. My niece completely stopped smoking with my old ProVari 2.5 and Aspire nautilus I gave her and she has now passed it on to her girlfriend and she's been tobacco free now for 2 weeks.
Don't you think is a little strange to say that your niece dates another girl? Cause if it's true she should keep the Provari 2.5 :) "just kidding"
No, we don't. Oh, and the battery wrap also has tear in it at the negative pole. And here's what's so funny about this. All of our Chinese made SX Mini's are flawless, but a company like Provape that says they make the highest quality mods on the market lets this slip through the cracks. Something like this doesn't exactly inspire much confidence in my niece with the Provape brand.
I also own an SX Mini M Class, which was fine for a few months then the clear coat from the front started to crack and the black paint from the body started to fade. I have to tight the screws every month cause they get loose from time to time and starts acting like a paper stapler moving back and forth.
I asked all Skype online supports from Yihi site if it is normal and got no answer.
I asked them if i can buy a new body and again no answer.
So, i think you should think twice about Yihi. They are heavy and they do not last forever. And the online suport ... well, they offered me links to buy the new Q Class, but my original question was strongly avoided. Good marketing.

Sure, the order number is 00005325.
Thank you, we will arrange to get the device back from the vendor so we can determine the cause. I've already reached out to this reseller, but note that it's Saturday so I may not hear back until next week.

Good to know. I love my SX Mini, but I have so many mods that it doesn't get enough full daily use to really be showing wear. I bought mine new for Stupid cheap, so if I decide to sell it (which I am considering as I just have too many mods) I will actually make $$$ which is new to me.:)

Don't get me wrong, good mod but very expensive and heavy. Heavier than most of 2 x 18650 mods.
And for 200 € i paid, was not the quality and suport i was expecting when i see the IPV 5 sharing the same chip at 70 € and being a lot easier.

Now that's customer service that goes a bit beyond reading from a script. More businesses need to take that example and I'd have no problem giving them mine. leadership by example...

I posted a message on you profile page.
Hi Lem,

I just checked messages and don't see anything posted. It's ok if you provide order details here too, just tying to track down the order.

Was it a Cabernet red as previously mentioned with a translucent sleeve and kabuki?

The colour was changed to midnight blue. The sleeve is translucent. I got the Kabuki from somewhere else. I just stuck with cabernet red in my posts because if I said the colour was changed it would have completely derailed the thread. If you want I can send you an e-mail with the order PDF if that makes things easier for you?

Btw, can you track down an order I placed with a re-seller in Germany?

No worries, thanks for the info.

Couple more questions so we can assist.

When did you get the device?

Have you contacted the dealer about the problem with the windows to arrange a return/exchange since you mentioned it was being returned to them today?

Well, I contacted the dealer via e-mail and told them about the problem. I haven't gotten a reply yet so I just sent it back to them. EU consumer regulations allow me to do that and they either have to replace it or give me a full refund.

And I received it today but because I'm 9 hours ahead of forum time that was yesterday (Friday) for you guys ;)

Ok, Thank you. I'll pass along the info to the dealer so they know it's on the way and can arrange an exchange or refund.

It will probably take 3-4 days to get to them so if things go well I will hopefully have the replacement for my niece around the 26th.

Btw, do you have any idea what could have caused a loose window?

I am glad that you don't find it offensive!
Nothing on the internet can offend me ;)

It's hard to say without looking at it but when we get it back, we will diagnose the issues and make improvements to prevent it from happening again. [emoji41]
