lol a little of both, the factory we use is a newer factory in the ecig world and they made some mistakes on the declaration so we have instructed them on how to do it in the future... Also there was some confusion with the paperwork we submitted , which we are getting fixed...just clerical stuff...we had a change of owners a while back and we need to update some of our paperwork ...so that will be rectified... Also one day of the delay was due to DHL not entering any of the info we gave them...so that is just annoying...sitting on a desk at DHL lol. We are looking for ways to improve this though....and after our shipment monday we should be fully stocked going foward...and not have anymore issues with gaps and being out of stock....now that we know the lead times
Did you find out what caused the delay? Can it be avoided in the future, or is this just "the cost of doing business"? ("Perspiring minds want to know...)
you will start to see the 78mm's on the site now ....they are there under accessories... more will be loaded throughout today and tomorrow !!!! thanks to everyone for being so patient!

again remember our current PCC does not fit the 78mm's.

they were in this shipment but there are a ton of SKU's with all the new flavors so those will take a bit more time to add to the site ....
yes we will have the old cartos on a separate page...and once that is done they will also no longer be included with the kits...the kits will at that time only come with the newer cartos.
Are the regulated PT and car charger in this delivery, or are coming later?
