Hehe I was just being silly. I may try a ribbon if I can make it neat enough. Don't want to take a purty case and destroy it with my non artistic self LOL. :p.

Another option is to carry one of those little silver nail clippers. The file part would probably be good to pry the battery out. Would one of your keys be too fat? Probably. Now I'm glad I stuck with my slider and didn't get the new one. I'll get the carrying case, which holds more, though it won't recharge anything. Between those 2, I think I'm set. When I'm out, I don't vape a lot, and I haven't had a battery failure yet, even though I carry a spare charging in the slider and the other with a carto on it. That's been fine, but a few times, I didn't want to be stuck with the one flavor I had decided on when I left the house. I have plenty of batteries, so I can always assemble a few and just choose to vape whichever flavor I want.

Whoops, I messed up on the battery type! My apologies! You're correct, it's 'AAA' batteries that it takes. My husband handles all the batteries, so I forget! We have the one I posted the link to, though!

On the Amazon site it says, "Operates on 4 "AAA" batteries (not included)" Do you have the PT90?

My Order was meant to have cleared USA on the 18th of Jan and Im expecting every day now LOL!. (that's order #3) I have made a total of 5 orders in a month ROFL!!! At least the other 2 orders should come almost on the same day! Maybe in another 2 weeks *sigh*

I'm a sucker for tech stuff, so I got the pcc. Now I have 2 pcc's and my Power Pack. Before long I will be able to run my entire house from my charging stuff.

Wow, MegaBee, 5 orders! I hope you get the rest of them soon! :)

this is because I kept having anxiety about not having enough cartos, then I decided I need a couple of extra batteries, then I realised i needed juices (after tasting RY4) LMAO unfortunately I have learnt to make one BIG order instead of 5 smallish orders hahaha, Once I get all the packages I should be good for ages.

As many of you know, I'm fairly new to vaping, and feel comfy asking a question that might otherwise sound silly. My ability to ask noobie questions in the'noobie' section has expired...
So, I'll get to it.
Could someone please explain to me what is a 'passthrough?' What does it do and why would I use one?
Thanks in advance kind souls!

A passthrough was originally a USB connection that "passed through" a battery, allowing you to plug it in to your computer to not only charge the battery, but to vape while you are doing so. I have a passthrough that I use that is a "dummy" with no battery, but is just plastic where the battery would be. It still has a USB connection, and a carto connection so you can vape while at your computer, or plugged into a USB hub. The USB ports on some computers cannot handle the power that a passthrough requires consistently, and it may damage the computer. You can buy a USB "hub" with several USB ports from any electronics store fairly inexpensively. That is why I bought the Power Pack from SI. I didn't want to potentially damage my computer. Hope that helps. :)

Thanks for the pics... Really changed my mind about the purple lid .... But that WRAP!!!! got my tongue wagging love it
I love end caps but have a hard time loosing them. If they catch on the pocket, the rubber to cotton friction makes them come off super quick. It's great when refilling, just drag the end cap on your t-shirt and they come off in a pinch. ( I have no nails and struggle with taking them off with my fingers).
Maybe with those having troubles with carto's/ batts on the new PCc could blue tac a toothpic or one of those small plastic stirrers to the lid of the PCc or a flat surface on the inside... That is unless u don't want to be using something to get them out when you shouldn't have too?? I dunno just a thought!
Blue tac the ribbon in instead of gluing it in :)
Yeah the thread is a buzz nowadays, nice to come home after a long day and catchup.

Well I better get off to sleep
night all

What Retriever said plus, you can also get a usb car adaptor that goes in the cigarrette lighter of your car and use it for long commutes or trips to save battery charge. SI's passthrough, if I'm not mistaken, is about the same voltage as their batteries to match their cartos and will work on their new wall adaptor. As Retriever said much better than risking your puter. Passthroughs are also available elsewhere in higher voltages and I've seen a couple of variable voltage ones somewhere. I personally would rather charge batteries than be tethered.
