Here, there, everywhere!
That's where I got mine. The part that goes over the earpiece is stretchy and has a little ring that slides to tighten or loosen. They didn't have them in the optical dept so I went to Pharmacy and got them from the rack where you buy the readers.

Cool I will look there. I looked in optical...thanks

:thumb: That's GREAT . . . and it does clear everything up :thumb: . . . Thank you ! ! ! :)

Personally, I want to keep mine, because I haven't had any problems with it at all . . . :D

Matter of fact, even though I haven't had the same experiences as some, I was just wondering what the policy was, especially if it turned out it was a  manufacturing default :grr: - NOT, Smokeless Images' :thumb:. . .

Well our policies work like this :) :

Any product purchased within 30 Days can be returned for a refund..so if you bought the mega and now want the regular slider...you would have to email us and get a valid RMA# then return the mega for a refund...making sure it has all the original packaging etc... then buy the slider separately...

Any product that is defective within 90 days can be exchanged. You would also have to contact us for a valid RMA#....any exchanges that want different color or something else of the same value...would be considered on a case by case basis.

hope that clears things up :p

There's makeup forums?! My mind is blown. Oh internet, what don't you have?

There's just about anything you care to research. I have found some questions with no or little info, though. Still, just this evening, I decided to look up a hymn I always loved, "St. Patrick's Breastplate." Would you believe this hymn even has its own Facebook page? Will wonders never cease?

"DITTO" - SI has been one of the better "vendors" I have delt with in my short time here - without a doubt they derserve - KUDOS - for a job well done, especially Customer Service ! ! ! :thumb:

I just want to tell everyone, especially Imagine, how grateful I am and how much I appreciate SI's customer service! I haven't had to figure out much, having ordered the small PCC, which works intuitively, so I figured it out on my own. But it sounds like the mega is complex enough that people need help. I just went through this with a new clock radio I bought. It has all the bells & whistles, which sounds good, but to set it up is a nightmare. The instructions don't really tell you enough, so I tried to contact the company that makes the darn thing. First, I e-mailed them, and I got an e-mail back repeating the message I sent to them, so I e-mailed back to tell them that, and the reply did the same -- repeated! So today I phoned the company, and I had to hunt the Web site to get the phone numbers. I got connected to someone who helped me figure out how to set the clock, but I could tell he was losing patience with me. I kept thinking, "The people at SI wouldn't be like that!" And there's this forum where everyone can help! The comparison is a stark reminder of how exceptional SI is, compared to other companies, when in an ideal world, this kind of service would be the norm. Thanks, Imagine and everyone else at SI who make your customers so happy, even when things don't go just right!

Just lost yet another battery in a field of tall grass to the ground squirrels
Not an hour later, I dropped one on the gravel without knowing it and it got trompled on:mad:
VAPIAN !!!, I need one of those pen thingies that you clip on to the batts:blink: Oh well:glare: I just sold my ProVari on classifieds so I have the cash to get more....

I suggested you hang it around your neck with a glasses cord. It sounds like you really need it to be tethered to your body.

Or how about those bead holders that have a loop at the top, and you can put your e-cig inside? Still, when you take it out, will you drop it, or is it just falling out of your pocket?

Does it fit in the PCC or Mega PCC like that?

Unfortunately, no... at least, not that I'd say so. Forcing the batts in with the clips on is not a good idea. Though if you leave a carto slot empty, you can take the clip off and store it there. Generally I keep at least one batt/carto clipped or pocketed and the others in cases/PCCs, so only one clip is needed and gets moved to the next battery as they're swapped out.

no kiddin'..it's tough out there. Always use "What's new-my posts" to find your way back here quickly :)

Is that how you do it? I just go to my History list (I use Safari, but I think most Web browsers have something similar) and click on the last SmokelessImage page to find my way back.

What I need is to find a way back to the message I just answered. It always sends me to where my answer was posted. So far, my method has been to memorize that page number and then go to the top or bottom and click on it, but sometimes I forget to look before I hit Send.

Thanks Imagine for the info/response. :)

I bought the mega for the main purpose of using it as my 'long time away from home PCC' for when I will be gone an entire day.

I am worried that if the mega dies while I am on the road for a day that I won't be able to recharge it, and that could become very bad news...:(

* * * Post Edited Only for Brevity * * *

That is my concern too and why I'm asking so much. Since I haven't really started "vaping" full time yet, I do go away for a week at a time . . . Given this, when I start "vaping" full-time I do not want to be stuck without a way to charge my batteries other than through the USB and Wall "rat-thingy", especially when I am traveling the streets all day long . . . Out for 8 hours or more sometimes . . .

And I have another couple of questions . . . I tried to look for this answer to no avail and can't find it anywhere . . . Does it matter if you leave the battery/ies connected to the PCC or should they be disconnected? Will leaving them connected harm the PCC? And I don't know if anyone would know this yet - However, I do know I have no problem having an "e-Cig" in my carry-on bags - but what about a PCC?

(Sorry - no "emoticons" this time - serious questions.)

I'm cracking up at this because I look over at the VCR/DVD thingie and it's going blink.... blink.... blink... where the clock should be!

I never did set the clock on that thing! Too complicated. I need a young person around who can set all this stuff up w/o even reading the directions! What is it about me that makes the new technology so difficult? The guy walking me through the clock radio problem today grumbled, "It's intuitive." Yeah? Says who? Someone under 30, I bet.

my grandmother still brags to her friends how i set the VCR clock for her (in 1987) to demonstrate how smart I am LOL

My hat's off to you! I think the older you get, the more confusing this kind of stuff is. I remember having to help my mom with her computer. She was typing something as if it was a typewriter, putting page numbers at the top. Then, when she'd edit, the page number would appear in the middle of the page. I tried and tried to explain headers and footers to her, but she just didn't get it. I guess it's fortunate I learned that before my brain froze, but this new clock is really a challenge (the reviews warned me, but I thought I could figure it out anyway -- it has everything we want but clear instructions, so we went with it). Still, in an effort to keep my brain young, next I'll try to program radio stations. I may have to call Mr. Grumpy again if I can't figure that out. Manana. I can only cope with so much frustration in a single day. If people wrote instructions clearly, step-by-step, I could do it. It's amazing that they can't find a techo-wizard who can also write and explain to make their instructions clear and thorough. I'm a baby boomer, and there are a lot of us out there having these problems!
