Second order arrived :D And a mere 8 days after my first order ;-)
But today was the first day in roughly 17 years that I haven't had a single drag off a regular smoke
And as of tomorrow it will have been a week since I bought my last pack :headbang:
So a big THANK YOU to SI for getting me heading in the right direction :toast:

On to the product... The "raspberry" battery looks great and I'm glad I picked one up. I'm liking the RY4 even more now that I can top off my cartos, which is really no big deal at all. I'm just tipping the carto and dripping 12-20 drops and good to go! The standard pcc is pretty nice, quick to charge a short battery (haven't needed to do a long batt yet) and nice and compact. It feels a little lightweight but we shall see how it holds up over time.

So thanks again SI, great product, fantastic service........and goodbye analogs:p

CONGRATULATIONS LAX!! That's so good to hear! This is where Smokeless Image's products really help save lives. It's sooo simple. Screw a carto onto a battery and enjoy the best-tasting vapor ever without having to screw around with manipulating battery contacts. I have several KR-808's from other manufacturers, and they are always giving me trouble. The less you have to fight the product, the easier it is to switch.

To all those who said they let their cartos dry battery side *down*: I did it battery *up* thinking the water would drain off into the paper towel. Maybe it did but that damp section of towel stayed in contact with the carto wall and caused the rust where I found it along the inner lip of the carto.

"Battery side down" would leave the insides open to the air which would probably help. However, if rust did occur, it's going to be hidden below the filler and near the atty, which is not good...:(

For the next cleaning batch, I'll work on drying them out faster.

Anyone every thought about putting them in/ on the dryer? Just curious.

i've heard folks say they throw damp carto's in a sock and throw them in the dryer....but I haven't tried that yet (I think the noise would drive the dogs crazy!)

I'm about to try using a food dehydrator today -- found one for $20 so thought it's worth a try since many folks report good results....

congrats Lax! One day at a time and next thing you know you'll be celebrating months without analogs :toast:
Or years - lol

Just placed another order. I can't bear the thought of doing without SI's grape, RY4, or watermelon. I do a lot of DIY and tried yesterday to replicate the flavor. It just wasn't happening. How in the heck did you guys achieve that watermelon?!?! or the grape? or RY4? I give up. Don't mind throwing a little business your way anyhow. :)

that's so interesting... to have so many cool birds like that around :)
Well, I came close to the "Do Nothing Day" goal. Only one load of laundry, a load of dishes, and made eliquid. Even though I glanced at the bird cage and thought "I should clean that", I quickly looked away out of social obligation. Oh - and I did refill my six outdoor bird feeders, but only because I could see them plotting to attack the house. Those vultures go through eight cups of sunflower seed a day in addition to thistle and nectar. Truthfully, there is one hummingbird that will hover in front of any window that I'm near to tell me the feeders are empty, and he will drink from the feeder before I even get it hung up. Other than that, I was pretty much a relaxed lump.

1) LOL at doobie :p

2) since you are under the 30 guarantee you can return it for a refund and get another color :)

YAY, I GOT MY STUFF! Mailman is safe.

Just a couple of minor quibbles:
  • Whoever said on here that the chrome batt doesn't show fingerprints LIED!!!!!
  • The manual button is a lot higher up than on the old-school ones I've been using, so I'm gonna have to get my technique down all over again, without having to hold this thing like a doobie.
  • The "Sky Blue" is more on the powder/baby blue side - I thought it would be a tad more aqua-ey. No yellow in this blue at all to warm it up.
Imagine, if I were to swap this one for another color, I would lose my 23% discount on the new color, right?

But I LOVE my Bumblebee battery, and I can see now why you guys love the Grape cartos so much! Nice, packaging job, SI - everything was wrapped so carefully. And "you're welcome, Mallory!" :)

Here, there, everywhere!
You know - all of us on here love the customer service of SI, all of us LOVE our products.......well I was looking at the website just to see if they have added the green and orange batteries yet (LOL - I kill me) and noticed that we (myself included) sure are not filling the site up with reviews as we should. I myself am going to eat a "warm" brownie fresh from the oven and then go do a review on everything I have received from SI.

Now what I would like to see SI do is add a way on the front page for us to leave reviews on the wonderful Customer Service!

Ok well my mothers bday is this Friday and although I let her try my mods and vaping she didnt like it cause of the flavor . The flavor was grape at the time. I personally like 808 style cartomizer and batteries but I don't have any left . I have been told over and over how good this product was and I will be picking her up a kit for Friday. I know bad timing I just missed a killer sale. But which prefill cartomizer do u have that is as close to a Marlboro light ? That's what she will want and I haven't bought from here . I might even pick me up a kit while I'm shopping
