Alrighty then, got back to NC and 60ml of 555 and 60ml of RY4 were waiting on me, perfect timing.
Just killing time now until Monday when I can go pick up my Steyr Scout Rifle, Jeff Cooper Limited Edition Package. Loving my new 13" Macbook Air already.

I'm ordering premium starter kits for my Mom and my older sister, even though I kind of detest both of them, lazy people that they both are.
Problem is, I have to wait until 555 and RY4 are back in stock in 12mg (medium) quantities. So, yeah, ready to drop $200 on starter kits and probably an additional $100 on cartos as soon as RY4 and 555 cartos arrive in 12mg.

Last night was an impromptu "test" of Volt's cartos. I went over to my best friend's place and his new girlfriend was there on a short trip down from Boston. She had some sort of problem as a child and her eyes are all messed up and she's pretty much allergic to every-damn-thing on the planet.
I didn't really like her whiney hide all that much so I made it a point to puff away on the Volt as much as possible right next to her.
Silly woman asked about it and frickin' THANKED ME for not smoking regular cigarettes which make her shrivel up and die or something.
She said she couldn't smell the 555 and RY4 cartos at all. Well, crap, there went my great plan of getting rid of her....seriously, I had to endure hours of "and then I had to have this medical procedure...blah blah blah" all night long.
When she asked if she could go with us shooting on the private range my family has I informed her that she could go however she would not be leaving....CAROLINA SWAMP COUNTRY!

Another girl asked if I could unload my XD .45 I always have on me when I visit the states and point it at her dog to see if her dog was scared of firearms since he was a rescue dog from the local shelter.
Stupid dog licked the opening on the barrel and was non-plussed about the whole thing. Then the cat attacked him and he ran away yelping. Yup, that dog is a big ol' Darwin Award just waiting to happen.

But in really good news when I went to the bank to draw out a large sum of cash for the weeks I'm here I found out the teller who had graduated high school the year after me and went to college has been single this whole time. We're going out next week.

So yeah, my annual visit to the homeland is turning up aces. Next week: the beach! Maybe with that cute teller...definitely with that cute teller.

Hello all

I am wondering if there is a huge difference in performance between the Volt Auto batt vs the Volt Manual batt. I currently have 10 Volt auto batts. I have never tried or used a manual batt. The thought of using a button doesn't bother me, but if the performance is way better with the manual batts will I ever want to use my autos again? I am very pleased with the performance of my auto batts and will be purchasing the new green color when it arrives (and probably another pink one) but I keep swaying back and forth on if I should try manual or not. Any of you guys have both and which do you prefer and why?

Today is 8 weeks off analogs for me, THANKS TO THE VOLT !

Welcome back home iball!! You're a stitch. Good luck with the teller! :)

I've been up to no good today. Skinned a couple sets of Volts for grins. Thought y'all might get a kick out of them. We've got grass and blue wood contact paper on stainless Volts.

I go back and forth with what I prefer....if you are already planning on getting 2 batteries,,i would go for it and get 1 in manual and try it out....
I like both for different reasons. The manual cooks faster and you get more umph, the auto you gotta draw on it more to get things going but it is familiar to me and gives me a comfort zone to stay away from cigs :) So I like the both of them.
Hope that helps :) :vapor:
