One well known juice vendor got his own forum recently and made his original ordering thread a sticky in it. The regulars still use it daily and it's about 1538 pages long now. The regs call themselves "The Crew". They also have several informative threads and then the regular. I think something like that would probably work well here. I'd hate to miss out on all this fun and see everybody scattered to sub forums.

Oh wow! A while back I looked under my name and it said "Senior Member". I wondered how they knew.... Now I just looked and it says "Super Member". Perosnally I think they've gone to far.

I commented in this thread when I became a "senior member", lol it's buried somewhere now but like you I became a "super member" without really noticing. I will say this, since I quit smoking I feel pretty damn super, I've developed kind of smug attitude lately that is actually serving me well at work, I feel like I can accomplish just about anything! I get 10 times as much done in a day!

Imagine, You can delete this if you want. Will understand. The e-cig revolution seems to have started. More and more are becoming aware of the e-cig and the benefits it has. That is fantastic but it seems that a lot of suppliers were not ready for it.

The supplier I started with has a good batt and carts (not as good as yours) and great CS. They had their own forum and it helped build up a very loyal customer base.

Recently they started to have trouble keeping enough stock on hand. They had a menthol that was loved by many of their customers. They tried to keep up but with the last batch the China juice suppliers made a mistake in the formula and it didn't taste anything like the original one. Customers were really upset. One had ordered around 250.00 dollars worth of this menthol. Mad isn't even starting on how he felt.

Now they are out of their chargers and customers are having to wait 2 weeks to a month to get their starter kits. Not good.

Another example is a juice supplier who had very good juice, low prices and great personal CS. He was very favorably reviewed here on ECF. He would always give extras in the orders, like send 30mls instead of the 10mils in one of the flavors you ordered. I laughingly told him he had better stop that or he could end up going out of business!!

Well right now he has NO juice to sell!! :( This after hiring 4 new people to help with the overwhelming orders he was getting.

I'm sure he will be back up and running quickly but HAS to hurt him. Just as it is hurting the e-cig supplier.

I am sure from the posts here you are getting more and more customers. I hope and pray you are ready for it!! Better have my batts etc. ready when I place my order this weekend. :p

I will PM you the other forum URL if you want it. Doesn't hurt to keep an eye on the competition. Might learn what NOT to do! :2cool:

Connie....some of it is import/export bs between US govt and China Govt....they are being very childish..."well, if you do this, then we are gonna do this...."...."oh yea...well take this then....how ya like it".....politics geesh!

Customs, FDA, you name it, they too are wrecking havoc on many a supplier lately. And yes....the upsurge in popularity...which is fantastic.....

So whatever SI is doing, they are doing it right and GREAT! to be able to get so much through so quickly!!! BIG BIG KUDOS!!!
