Someone wanted to see a picture of my horse, Penny, with her pasture mate, Willy. I hope I did this right.

Yay! I did. That's Penny on the left and Willy on the right.

Sandy,

I saw your picture of Penny yesterday. She's a beauty. :)

Hi Everyone . . . Although, I have been tied up with some personal stuff most of the day and will be again tomorrow, after watching a video that I got in an email from a friend . . . The first thing I thought of was our friend "KeelalaGirl" . . . So, I just had to "pop-in" and post it for all of you to ENJOY . . .

And - You'll know why once you view it, because it is one of those special moments:View attachment 56509

After a very long wait, I have finally received my order! I got a standard kit, two black 78mm batts, one auto, one manual and a smooth sampler. SO far I have tried 555 and RY4. I do have a little sinus infection, so my sense of taste is a little off, but RY4 is incredibly tasty. I thought I would have preferred the 555, but the nutty taste isn't as suiting as I'd thought it would be. Oh yeah, the batts are beautiful and work flawlessly. I had originally intended to get generic replacements/extras and juice, but after experiencing the quality of SI's carts and batts, I am more than happy to continue to provide them with my business. I will recommend everyone to SI. I got my mom a standard kit as well, and I haven't seen her this excited in a very long time. Thanks SI :)

I've been eyeballing the new Kindles that are supposed to come out next month, particularly the Touch and the Fire. I'm such a gadget geek, especially when it comes to anything Apple or Kindle. Does anyone here use Kindles or e-readers?

I think the Fire is gonna be a runaway hit... Especially because the Android community will have it rooted and running a full version of Android before it hits the shelves :2cool: and still have the kindle app to boot :p

You should have kept notes of what you did with which color so you wouldn't forget. I forget a lot of stuff like that, so I write things down.
I did, but where are my notes now? Dunno. I kinda remember, but I've been trying such off-the-wall things that it would be embarrassing to share with you all until I can replicate it. Might've been a fluke, right? Boy, I'll be sad when this one dies - so sweet! Happiness is...

Rave's out camping in the wilderness somewhere, right?

That's fantastic - especially considering all you've been going through recently!! Did it just "happen" or were you making an effort to not smoke?

That's hilarious! And yeah - I do have a big back yard. :) There are places here that I've never even seen in 18 years of camping here and 7 years of living here. It's all woods and ravines as far as the eye can see with no neighbors to screw up the scenery. It used to be the site of a bustling town with two inns and a store and many other places of business. Abe Lincoln stayed in one of the inns and Andrew Jackson bought two bits worth of tobacco at the store and forgot to pay for it. My portion of the creek was dammed and there was a "sang" (ginseng) mill on it. Floods wiped out the dam and the town and it was never rebuilt for obvious reasons. Based on my personal observations just since I've lived here, that was wise.

One other thing took a bit of joy out of it for me. I was a bit afraid to vape because we have a lot of skunks and I was worried that the scent would attract them. My tent is entirely mesh unless I put a rainfly on it. No protection from elements ... or skunks. Reduced Voltage!! :(
