Hi sherlockholmes! Welcome to Voltland.
Congratulations on your four months. I have been vaping for eight month now, but this is my second go-round. Two years ago I vaped for two months without smoking one analog. But the PV and juices I had were not satisfactory and I drifted back into smoking. I still continued to vape off and on.
Then the first of May I made up my mind to try vaping again and make it work. I upgraded my PV and found better juices and found it to be actually enjoyable. But I still smoked 3 analogs a day. Then in July I got my first Volts. They have made a big difference for me. And I found more juices that I liked, that's always the hardest part. I went down to two analogs a day.
Now I am down to one analog every day or two. I actually forget some days. LOL I decided to look at the positive side. Instead of beating myself up for the one analog a day, I think about all the analogs I'm not smoking. The funny thing is I don't crave them. It seems to be the ritual that I can't completely let go of yet. At least that's all I can figure out about it. Our minds can play such games with us. I have no desire to go back to smoking and the one analog does not make me crave another one. In fact, when I finish it I'm glad to go back to vaping because I like it much better!
I don't know if this is any help to you; I mainly wanted you to know you aren't the only one who hasn't gone to being completely analog free immediately. But from your post I think you are doing very well and will stick with it. Hang around and feel free to ask any questions or for any kind of help. The folks here are a great bunch and have helped me a lot.
