Barb welcome to the thread. & a product that hopefully like us has given us a whole lot more.
I came home to a surprise box thats not supposed to be here until next week. WHOOHOO Thankyou postal workers it came super quick.
Well i dont think anyones posted any of their zip cases yet, so i thought i would give a better idea on the size range. I personally Love the size!!, fits enough batts for a day - possible a day and a half and still room for two 65mm. Perfect, and i can see how its a snug fit for some. I am able to just store a full 78mm with carto & diamond caps on. While it seems to stick out it zips up easily enough without touching/ so i dont think its going to break anytime soon. For those that might have some finger immobility then it might be a problem being so snug. The battery ends just rise above the lip linning, but are clear of the zip. Anyway here are my pics showcasing the new neon green that im in love with

Thank you so much for the pics!!! I ordered one so I'm excited!!! There is plenty of room for cartos in the case! I would just unscrew my cartos with drip tips from my long Volt batteries and put them in the mesh pocket if I could! Does that pocket have a deep enough space to put your cartos with their drip tips in there without hitting the cartos stored on the top?? :)

Haha, another biter! :)

Imagine, I hope I am now forgiven for all the harassing I did to you on the lime green batt! :)

And kblush, I have five batteries that I carry around wherever I go. I fill 5 cartos ONCE every night, screw them onto the batts (which I charge ONCE every night on my USB hub), and I'm good to go all day long, with one or two to spare. I just stop using them when they need refilling, then move on to the next one. Not once have I ever had to fill (or even recharge) on the go with these. So yeah, there are a lot of ways to get around that. Amass as many cartos as you need for the day, and you'll be able to just fill/refill them all in one sitting. Put the boots/condoms (whatever we're calling them now) back on when you're ready to go, and you're good to go. I recommend the night before, then let them sit overnight, because they just taste and work so much better to me that way! :)

I agree with Cindy.
My routine is to put 2 fresh batteries in my PCC (which is mostly used as a carrying case) and throw that in my purse. Then I put 3-4 cartos of various flavors in a little plastic box (that some other brand cartos came in) and throw that in my purse. Then I have a 3rd fresh battery with a fresh carto in my hand as I walk out the door in the morning.

At work I vape at my desk but not constant. That batt will last until after lunch, maybe 2ish - so that's 6 hours of light vaping. I would have switched out the carto around 1pm. From 2 til I get home around 5pm more light vaping at work.

Once home, vaping is more steady depending on what I'm doing. I tend to chain vape in front of the PC, more moderately watching TV. Around 6:30 or 7 it's time to change out again. I might just refresh the current one - adding 10-15 drops, then maybe a few more drops a couple hours later. That lasts until bedtime. Sometimes I just switch out cartos because I'm bored with the flavor, not because it was used up.

Hi everyone! I'm so behind on reading this thread but I've missed seeing Rave .... does anyone know what's up?

Thanks

I've missed seeing Rave too. Imagine might be right about the dog training, Rave mentioned looking for a dog after the Yeti adventure. I hope we hear from her soon, though.

Thanks, Imagine. He is the greatest guy ever. Truly one of the good guys. His brothers are putzes. Sorry. :)

I guess I should explain why I'm so anxious. Hubby was diagnosed with kidney cancer last February and had his left kidney removed in April. The docs and nearly everyone else say that the most likely culprit is the ciggarettes. This, after I lost my Mother, my Father and my Sister to smoking-related illnesses. So far, my husband has had good reports, but they tell him that it WILL be back, sooner rather than later and that when it comes back, they won't have much to treat it with. They've wanted him to QUIT NOW since before the removal of his kidney. We've lost so much to the damn ciggarettes. I can't lose my best friend. We've been married for 27 years.

Quitting has been so hard on him, but he's motivated and hates the analogs, so I am doing everything in my power to support him in getting it done - including doing all the research, the footwoork, the ordering, the charging, the carto filling/cleaning, etc... It may sound to people that I am controlling, but I assure you, I'm not - I just want him to have the absolute best chance of kicking this deadly habit.

Sorry for the depressing post.

Hi guys. I just have a quick question (and I cant seem to find an answer when I search), I bought some Kanger cartos awhile ago and quite a few of them do not work on my Volt batteries at all. No fire/heat whatsoever. Has anyone had this happen and maybe know of a fix for it? The ones that did work are ok but not as good as the SI ones by a long shot.

I love the kanger cartos and have never had a problem with them, I have only just tried the volt cartos and they are very similar, they are both much nicer than boge cartos, I find I have to draw quite hard with the boges. Have you tried loosening the carto? Not sure what it could be.

Hi guys! I have a question that is really important to me! People have told me that when you use a cartomizer, when the flavor lessens and the carto starts to get gets hot, then it's time to put a few drops into the cartomizer and do this around every 15 puffs. I've been thinking of what a pain this would be for me to have to sit around with a bottle of juice and put drops into my cartomizer after every cigarette worth of puffs. I think I'll vape about 2 packs of cigarettes worth a day, and that means I would have to be putting drops into my cartomizer 40 times a day!!! What has been your user experience with SI cartomizers and what should I expect? Thank you!!! :) i hope you're all having a nice evening!!! :)

It's very simple, or at least it can be.
If you use a full Volt cartomizer on a Volt battery with Volt brand juice you can expect not to have to top off longer than the length of the battery charge. The system is pure simplicity unless we choose to complicate it by changing any part of the equation. I usually use a fresh carto on a fully charged battery and top them off at night when I charge my batteries. The people who have told you this are probably not using the Volt system, or at least all of it. There are many different types and brands of cartos. Different ohms, vertical coils, dual coils etc., and many different types of juices. Pg/Vg content, flavorings etc. Some are using different juices at higher voltages etc. and painting all carto use with the same brush. I sometimes use juices with a higher vg content and it shortens my carto life. I also have put the cartos on hotter batteries using an adaptor and it uses more juice. ECF as a whole is a wealth of knowledge and information but unfortunatley the new members section is getting full of misinformation as well. Often by well meaning members who use advanced mods and such and haven't kept up with the rapidly advancing technology on this style of pv. They sometimes completley ignore the needs the newcommer expresses, like cig size, and recommend the larger styles, fillerless cartos, low resistance cartos, etc., that require more fiddling with. Rolygate, forum manager, said it best. 510s are for people who like to fiddle with things, 808s are for those who don't. If you're just trying to keep it simple and make a smoother transition to ecigs 808 is the way to go. It ain't no hobby. Later if some of the other stuff starts looking attractive you can always break out your credit card and go for it but the satisfaction of the vapor stays pretty much the same. Usually just a bigger cloud of it or hotter. It can indeed be a fun hobby but I believe you posted earlier that you sent one of the recommended larger pvs back? If not I apologize, I've got you mixed up with someone else. If so....case and point. You're more likely to find accurate information about using the Volt on this thread from the people who use them and have the experience and knowledge of the product. Only one of us is a SI rep. The rest of us are just satisfied user/customers. Plenty of excellent general knowledge almost anywhere on the forum. Hope the mailman comes to see you soon. I can't wait to see how you like it.

I wish him nothing but success! And from the sounds of it he has a great partner in you! I will pray that he has continued good reports and love his Volt more than the ciggies (and to that I have no doubt)

Hello everyone. I was wondering about the Country Tobacco cartos that are included in the new tobacco Volt Pack Kit.

Is this a new flavor coming out? I don't see cartos or juice of this flavor on the SI site.

Perhaps Imagine can kindly give me an answer :)

I think Imagine said the Country flavor is the same as Cowboy, but I could be wrong. Imagine or someone else will no doubt be along soon with an answer.
