I'll add my review. I started with Volts, so there's nothing to compare them with, but they all work fine. I did notice better vapor from my green battery. It's not a big difference, but it's there. I guess since all the others are the same and do well enough, I consider the green one a special case. The green one is unsealed, as are all of my short batteries. First, I bought them when that's all they had, and then I added to my battery collection, which is when I got the green one, when the unsealed ones went on sale because SI was stocking the sealed autos. I got one long manual battery just to see how the longer length and the manual switch compared, and I like the vapor from that. It's easier than having to drag on the carto just so. But I still use my short autos. But when I went to refill cartos, I didn't drip with the battery attached, and first I vaped a little bit on my manual so if there were any drips, they wouldn't ruin my unsealed batteries. After a little use, then I switched the cartos to the unsealed autos, and they worked fine. Maybe they would have from the start, but I thought I'd use the manual on any new cartos I just filled till I'm sure. It gives the manual a specific job. I'm on the fence about whether I prefer manuals or autos. Yes, you have to remember to press the button, and sometimes i forget and treat it like an auto till I realize which battery I'm using. If I just had manuals, I bet I'd just get used to it. Then again, my green battery works well with less specific draws, so who knows? Are all the other autos deficient and I just don't have the experience to know it? They work OK and hold their charges, so I never thought anything was wrong with them, but that greenie is certainly a puzzle. Maybe I just lucked out on a superior battery -- and the dark green color is awesome. After all, if there are duds, maybe every once in a while there's one that's better than the others, but no one complains about that!
I hear ya! My emerald green jewel is the best one in my stable. It's different than yours though, it's a 68mm sealed automatic. The orange 68mm SA is a tad airy. My 78mm purple rocks! The 78 black with purple led rocks. The 78mm dark Blue has been off and on and then come to find out the end cap was pushed in too far and now it's rockin again too. I haven't yet tried my new 78mm emerald green ones, they're in backup mode. The oh so beautiful Raspberry 78mm manual is nice, but I'm too lazy to use it often. I haven't tried a few of the others yet cuz they're in the pif box. (78mm chrome manual, 78mm blue manual, ....). Long story short, yes, the Greens rule!! :)

Is there anything more wonderful than a freshly baked, warm, aromatic sourdough? If you'll kindly direct me to the "Center of the Universe", I'll be right over! ;-)

I'm right behind YA' . . . ;)

Only that first bite with freshly made Guava Jelly. From Tampa you go east on I-4 about 40 miles past the Mousetrap, turn right about 15 miles. You should be able to smell it from there lol.

OH Well - Not that close, it'll take me about 5 Hours - Please keep it warm . . . :)

No, mine don't have the diamond end cap. And answering to my own question, I saw that warranty is for 3 months! Damn! Why haven't I asked you sooner? I kept on throwing away my defective batts and ordering new!!! How silly of me

EDIT: I just sent an e-mail to SI just in case, because I don't know if warranty is valid from the order date or from delivery date. In my case that makes a difference!
Maybe the ash cap got pushed in a bit too much when it was in your pocket and you bent over or sat down or whatever? Try taking it off, vape it and see if it works? Then replace end cap. Hang in there, Imagine's here and ready to rock and roll.

hi rems welcome :)

international shipping times usually depend mostly on how fast they go through customs...

Express gets it to canada the fastest but does not really make it any faster through customs could still take about a week
Has anyone ordered with the Express shipping option to Ontario? I want to know how quick it is.
It is the most expensive. Close to 40 dollars. They have standard, priority (around 20 bucks) and Express.

I know I can contact Smokeless at the website, but it's the weekend so...

Just wondering if anyone happens to know. I would assume close to next day for that price. Even if it is cross border.

Anybody know?

we have been hiring and training a bunch of new customer service people... so they are still learning ...

I will talk to them ASAP

On my faulty battery (which I wrote about the day I got my SI order: loud whoosing and whistling on draw, poor vapor production):

I tried it again, it isn't even firing correctly now. I contacted SI customer service, they said they would replace it. Great! Then I got another email saying they would replace it as soon as they got the defective one mailed back to them. So I have to pay for shipping their bad battery back to them, a battery that didn't work correctly since day one, and I have to wait for it to get to them, then for them to send me a new one. I'm not happy with this at all from a customer stand point. I'm also not happy as a person who is trying to quit smoking, having only one 65mm battery to get me through the day... which it doesn't.

Mine is the emerald green, not the lighter green that's a newer color. My 78mm manual is raspberry, too! Small world! The PIF box? You're giving them away or getting them?

batteries that have been used for sometime we do require that they are returned as part of our terms and conditions...To be valid under the warranty we check to make sure they are not damaged by liquid or being dropped etc...

liquid is the biggest culprit to a dead battery...

the second is people not realizing that the battery threads and charging threads need to be cleaned and they are just not getting charged due to not making good contact.

if they are defective we send out replacements ASAP

I HATE to have to say this, but I've had problems with my batteries too. I ordered two 78mm auto batteries on 1/9/12 when I started vaping and they both turned out to be bad. The first just died the other day and I contacted customer service and they gave me an RMA# and asked me to return it and said that when they received it they would send me a replacement right away. I got the package all ready to go and before I could even mail it my other battery went bad. About every 7 drags it would stop working and give no vape at all and then if I dragged on it again it would start up but so airily and weakly that it wasn't acceptable. Right now I have an email in to customer service requesting another RMA#. I told them that I really believe in their company and I would hate to use another supplier for my batteries, but if the same thing happens again soon after I get the replacements I would have to do that.

we have had no increase in the percentage of defective batteries. So I do not think there is a manufacturing issue.

just a lot more volties so the small percent that have an issue will just have more voices now would be my guess :p

I'm surprised to hear about so many batteries going bad, too. There's one every once in a while, of course, but not the quantity I'm hearing about now. I'm wondering if it has something to do with SI pressuring the factory to produce more, faster, so they could stock up and heave everything available. I wonder if these defective batteries were made about the time production was stepped up. I'm sure as soon as Imagine hears about all this, she'll try to rectify the situation.

hi harryinny welcome :)

Glad you are loving the VOLT please pm me your email address you used to place the order and I will look into it for ya...

thanks ;)
Hi, Im the proud owner of a new Volt kit. I have to say, Its AMAZING. It does as described and far beyond it. It produces vast amounts of vapor, its easy to use(sealed batt's) Refilling the empty prefilled's is a snap. Its everything i wanted and more.
Customer service is second to none and have been very helpful.

Only one complaint, and i wish i had none but i do :( I have a bat that came with the kit thats holding about a half hours worth of charge. Now, i cant be without 2 batt's, If i only have one, i will definately fall off the wagon and to me thats not an option. The broken battery is enough for me to take a hit here and there till my other is charged(about 1 1/2 hours). But heres the catch with customer service. They want me, to send them back the batt and they will send a new one. Unacceptable. That would leave me at the mercy of the analog's, they are only a block away and i do not want to goto that store for anything, let alone Cigs because i have only one Batt till i get the other.

As i stated Smokless Image is by far the best company ive delt with before my purchase. They answered every question without much time passing, and have even called when they didnt recieve a response from me right away.

But please, i hope someone can help me with this batt thing. I cant go back to analog's even if its for a few days. If i tell my wife i need to do that, It will cause much unneeded stress and make her question my whole Ecig addventure. She doesnt understand that after the startup costs, i truely will be saveing money.

Thanks all:
Harry:)

we have had no change in % of defects between the drip resistant sealed batts and the older ones with the hole.....

if anything we get less emails now that they are harder to kill with liquids....

most defects occur when something has gotten dislodged... from packing/shipping or something and they just will not fire out of the box...

most "life" issues are usually a charging issue ...cleaning them fixes 80-90% of these problems...

Issues where you have a battery working for a while and then you take a drag and the LED lights but you get no vapor are mostly always liquid on the internal switch issues...

These are the "New" Sealed Auto batts. Atleast thats what i have, and beine new products im figuring there are a few bad apples in the bunch.

30 days for a refund 90 days for an exchange on any product :)

Well, mine were automatic sealed 78mm batteries...

Based on the warranty that you mentioned, do you know how many days it is?

BTW What is SuperBall and why I keep hearing about it all day?
