Brainer, boner: sometimes it's hard :))) to tell one from the other...
Haha, I gotta stop posting so late when I'm half a sleep and not thinking with my head [emoji12].

So now that's it morning and I'm only half a sleep, I think if I'm going to used spaced coils, that I either need to build lower or throw more power at my build or both.

My Squape is actually performing really good with my spaced Kanthal build, my K4 feels under powered. But now I'm remembering I used 29ga in my SqRs and 28ga in my K4. I'll rip my K4 apart and build with 29ga when I'm home from work tonight and see if that makes a difference, or see if I should still build lower than 1.3 ohm's.

I'm finding you can really take longer hits with the spaced builds. Or you almost need to take longer hits. But either way I'm liking it on my SqR.

Hello to all, I have been using my new squape since release date and I find the stock drip tip too wide for my liking. Has anyone used a by leo beck on their squape? If so is there an added benefit from the beck, or would it be better without, thanks
Do you have one? Try it out and let us know.

I do not own one, that is why i was asking
I don't know anything about the Beck drip tip but Interesting enough though, the drip tip that came with my By Leo Calix doesn't fit the squape. I thought it would look sharp on the squape but It leaves a gap at the base. But I do have many others that fit and look good.

I just happen to love the stock shorty squip tip it comes with. But It is quite wide and I could see how some might not like it.

B deck. I made the mistake of running and tighening the leads end on the outside of the screws. Kept getting gurgling and small leaks..
Tried again by running inside and all is well ;) no leaks no gurgling.
Nickel and kanthal should be similar no?

Just to add, the B deck imo is very easy to build.. Just need to make sure there is enough cotton to cover the 4 holes.. Almost like an auto dripper

I have never used Nickel. Is the flavor and wicking better than the W deck?

Sometimes I had problem with the W deck wicking.. Dry hits and minor leaks.. Need to take time to trim the wicks properly. The B decks I just cut to length and stuff it in.. Way easier
Flavor is subjective so I won't comment.. Anyway I have vapor tongue most of the time so I can't taste much ;) too much vaping!

Has anyone mastered their B deck with Kanthal? Is it any better than the W deck? Thanks

I have not masteered the B deck but still use it as its just so awesome!!
Its awesome easy to build on. Initially i thought you need to pack loads of cotton in side, however now im starting to believe less is more....

What do you mean on the outside? are you taking the lead clockwise or anti clockwise around the screw? i put in less cotton, think the key is not to have alot of cotton in the coil over the air hole it self and make sure the tail is far away from the air hole too.
I found when my coil gunked, liquid would just fall down the center air hole from the coil and both end of the wicks as they were close to the sides of the air hole.

I have found the wider the drip tip the more flavor you loose imo, I've gone smaller and the flavor is more intense. I'm loving this Frenchy Fog PTFE Drip Tip.
