oh....mom!!!

I have been vaping four months now, and I do so at my work-in front of my mom whom I work with...well she's never really made much of a deal over my vaping(at first I was probably too enthusiastic with her, but backed off), and she comes into work this weekend with a newspaper article from the morning call(Allentown pa paper) all about vaping, and all of a sudden she's interested, and scoping out the vape store mentioned and showing interest...finally. so anyway, I had ordered her white cloud disposables when they had a real good sale back in August and was saving for Christmas, and just took advantage and ordered her a beginner mini protank 2 kit and extra coils along with a variety of tobacco flavor(only thing she has mentioned she would try-at this point in time, she is very leary of my flavors-bakery and sweets usually). So she's getting vape gear for Christmas now-I actually feel she's getting a cute variety starter Christmas sack, since I found good deals, and even if she doesn't like it...then my wallet isn't too hurt. She's 59 and smokes Pall Mall reds-she's cut back, but being that she smoked since a teen, I figured it couldn't hurt to try NOW that she's showing curiousity. I guess the newspaper article had more influence than I do(thank you Morning Call!!!)-and I'm taking advantage of this. I told her about other local vape stores too-worlds finest and liberty, but she likes Bethlehem area, and is set on them-that's fine cause he seems to have good prices on liquids. I got the liquids in 18 mg and they'll be steeped before she gets Being that my oldest uncle quit cold turkey in his 70's, we lost my aunt to breast cancer many years ago, and my estranged uncle commit suicide due to lung cancer from smoking...fingers crossed...I'm being hopeful that she will try this stuff at least and am hoping...

We may have converted my mother on Thanksgiving. I was expecting some resistance because of her personality, but when she seemed genuinely interested, my girlfriend donated her own gear, and sent my mother home with it.

Good luck to you. I'm in the process of converting a co-worker myself. Hooking them up with a old VV V3 and some iClear 16's. Seems to me one of the easiest intro kits around for a beginner. Hope everything goes well for you and your mother!

It's nice to see someone getting their parents involved in vaping. I know there can be a real challenge there at times. Good luck to you and your mom. I'm buying two kits for a friend and daughter-n-law hoping to get them into vaping. I can only hope it takes and isn't just a novelty. They've tried mine and really like them so here's hopin'. thanks for all the positive comments and support-lol, she likely won't be into the forum-she doesn't even like facebook and is too busy with her horses to be online much. someone asked about liberty-yes they have a good selection from what I recall-I like wf because I think mike and leah are super friendly people and leah really took the time to help me out during a major rush- plus being a female it as cool to deal with a female ya' know girl bonding over vape stuff-great customer service! liberty has a great juice selection of gear from what I recall and easier parking-love the strawberry banana milkshake-yummmm! prices are higher than what I find online, but since it's a b & m-I expected higher juice prices and they also run periodic vape meets-check them out for sure! soba1 my mom is hot for her age-people think she's my older sister, but she's happily married to my step father and isn't leaving soon since he tolerates her horses and that which comes along with it-looks like a lot of other 50+ women here-not sure of their relationship status but they look cute too! good luck on finding a special someone
