I'm a little over $1000 dollars into this vaping BS (well, if you take into account the money I've saved from not buying cigarettes, it's more like $700)!!

After today's purchase rolls in I'll have 6 Mods, One Metric ..... TON of tanks, and enough Juice to last till Christmas.

I'm saying buh-bye to this Forum for a while. You people are a terrible influence on me. :p

But...I've quit smoking.

(Ermahgerd, I just bought a Provari, and my first RBA...I'm gonna need wire and wick stuff, but I swear, after that, I'M DONE!)

Famous last words!

american spirits are ~$10/pack in downtown SF.

Yeppers, American Spirit was my analog here in SF, and I was into 2 packs a day...ugh.

Just tried one several days ago to see how the "love of my life" would treat me.

Ugh! Hated it. Like when you're a teen and take the first taste of liquor...yuck...then the fun kicks in and you learn to love it.

Sold on vaping on the first day (and I was shocked, as I've used smoking for about five years to deal with a spinal injury and being bed-ridden for a few years.) Even though my landlady would knock on my door and scream about my smoking and threaten to throw me out of my rent-controlled apt.(!)

Hooked, I wuz.

Now it's pretty obvious, I'm never going back to analogs. Can't even stand my beloved American Spirits. Not even one puff.

Suck it SF analog prices! If I'm going to spend my munny, it will be on kewl vaping technology!

HaHa - I love reading threads like this, makes me feel better that I'm not the only one who has sworn 'no more spending' and then immediately broken that vow.

But I'm with the OP. Seriously, I'm going to stop. Don't really need anything, have enough DIY supplies for at least a couple of years. Well, maybe just a purple ego battery (to decorate for Halloween) and just a few more clearos. But that's it!!!

Ok, ordered the purple battery. Not an ego, a mod!! My first! With variable voltage (not that I really understand that part but still!) And several mini vivi novas.

And four more decorated ego batteries (but friends are buying two from me which will cover the cost of the other two so they don't really count). And a bunch of clearos but I'll need them eventually so they shouldn't really count either. (I can justify anything.) And some more flavorings for my DIY experiments but that's actually saving me money in the long run. (See what I mean about the justifying :) )
