Thanks for reaching out bigjr. I wish I could give you a more definite answer but I think it really depends on how your health insurance company views nicotine use. I know some health programs just label you "smoker" or "non-smoker" while others just ask if you're a "nicotine user" so they try to include vaping. I'd just review your plan to see how what wording is used to see where you'd qualify.

Bigjr sir one I have had 3 different options-

Smoker, non-smoker, and the invisible NRT user. Had to call my insurance company and talk to them because as my yearly physical states (have to for DOT card so I can drive the trucks at work) I'm non-smoker who uses nicotine. Was informed that was an option but only by calling, getting the same rates as a non-smoker. With NRT therapy having to remove the long use warnings because long use testing has proven it to be no more harmful than a daily caffeine user they had to adjust their policies. They just don't openly have it listed as an option on their on-line fill out forms.
