OP, yeah, 2.0-2.4 ohms on a volt battery and it vapes like mad. Too much for me, unless I used 40% vg or more.
Ive been using m3, tidy10, and e-smart on my volt, and they all make decent clouds, or "plumes"

, big flavour and hit. Although, its worth saying, its probably better to do this on a 78mm, rather than a 65mm volt, just because the capacity, as well as the regulation is what makes dipping the ohms a bit, safe, and less wear on the battery.
I don't vape that much, partly cause I mix in 50% WTA e-liquid. So my 78mm's last me about 2-3 days of vaping each.
People should never discount the standard volts. Sure if you vape lots, the battery capacity might irk you (dont bother me charging it every couple of days

, but regardless, they perform for sure.
These gen3 808 type batteries, should not be lumped in with corner store nonsense, or lesser tech, especially with a lower resistance carto/nano clearo, they rock (although dont use dual coil, or lower than 2.0 on them)
...
Shorty is an interesting idea. Smokeless image have a zippo lighter battery now, 350mah, regulated, but the lid fit is a little tight with the standard cartos. Might go golden with a shorty 2.0ohm from smoktech, having the capacity, and regulation and all. For those times where maximum pocketability is the call (like the beach, or a short trip to the dairy in shorts and t-shirt). hmmm...
But where did you get those 2.0 ohm shorty cartos in an 808 thread would be my question? Having a google now, not finding much jump out at me in my quick look. I really want to find these 2.0ohm 808 smoketek cartos now.
