Glad I found this forum, for a while I thought that everybody moved on to facebook groups and discord channels. At least that's what happened in my country... anyways I hope you'll find this useful or at least informative.

80W eleaf iPower TC Battery mod - 5000mAh

After a long time using low quality mods and ego batteries, I decided to get myself a mod that’s gonna last me through the day. After some research and recommendations from my friends I decided to buy the Eleaf IPower 80W and I’m not disappointed. Some time ago, a friend of mine told me about buybest.com, a site with very good prices (in comparision with the much more expensive ones in my country) and decent time shipping for my country, way shorter arrival than other international sites, so when he made an order for him I asked him to order some stuff for me too. This mod is great, battery autonomy is very good, lasting me between 2-4 days depending on how much I vape. 5000mAh is more than enough for the majority of vapers. I would dare to say that if you’re an MTL vaper, there’s little to no chance of managing to drain the battery in one day.

The design is ok, it fits well in my hand, it has some kind of ergonomical design, fits very well in pocket. It has a menu button, a thing that I love about Eleaf mods. There’s no need to enumerate the specifications, basically it has all that you need from a mod.

One negative is that the black paint from the plastic one the top and bottom scratches off on the edges. Some may also not like the fact that the charge port is on the bottom.

The mod itself may be voluminous but when it comes to weight it feels pretty light. The firmware is upgradable, the current version coming with a puff and seconds counter and customizable logo. (As you can see in the image below I made my logo my team's name, I'm a gooner ;) #COYG)

All in all, this mod is all I need right now, good price, good quality and good reliability.

40W Eleaf iStick TC Kit 2600mAh with GS TC Tank

I bought this kit some time ago from buybest.com and at the price it had I would’ve been happy even if it was without the tank. The way I see it the tank is bonus. You can also find the cheaper version without the tank on their site also or you can try finding it at the same price on ebay but there there's no guarantee you'll get an original. First point I want to make is that after over 1 year and a half of usage, the mod is holding strong. Performance-wise it’s almost as new. Autonomy is decent, basically true to what the specifications tell you (2600mAh).

The mod’s is very well put together, newbie friendly, relatively small, compact and very good resistance to all sorts sorts of abuse; it hit the ground a few times , spilled a little water on it, the buttons still work like they should. Sure it’s gotten a few scratches over time but the paint doesn’t peel of, an issue that a lot of mods have. Besides that and some oxidized edges on the metal parts it looks pretty well after heavy usage for over an year.

The spring-loaded pin got stuck a few times but nothing that can’t be resolved with a little cleaing and a tweezer.

The tank - I didn’t use it very long because I didn’t particularly liked the coils, but the tank looks great and the 510 tip fits perfectly on an Aspire K1.

In conclusion this is a very good kit at a good price coming with a reliable mod and a mouth-to-lung/restrictive lung inhale tank which can be used with temperature control 0.15ohm Ni coils or normal 0.75 and 1.2 ohmcoils.

Maybe we should open a forum for Buybest commercials.
If by commercial you mean reviews over ~1000 letters in which 3 sentences mention a place where you can find them at a good offer, then hell yeah. :) Actually when it comes to the IPower mod I didn't find a single review mentioning that the paint from the bottom and top caps scratches off. I would've like to know that before buying it and I hope someone reading this knows what to expect if he buys any of the two. No product is perfect, but it's nice to know what to expect beforehand, and with a fresh review out of the box (like almost all youtube reviews are) you can't have that. ;)

I found this on the front page of Buybest. Probably just a coincidence.

I was really trying to do something that can be categorized as useful. Didn't even put their site in the title or plug any links to the products, even mentioned ebay as an alternative at some point. But f*** me for trying to not be just a spammy anonymus guy. ExtremeDooty hope you have a great day.
I'm not even angry, just sad and frustrated. Sorry again.

That was your very first post on the largest vaping discussion forum on the internet - it's also the first vaping discussion forum that ever existed on the internet.

What we do is protect people from others peddling potential untruths to the unsuspecting and innocent. If you had been around us you would have recognised that straight away.

And no one doxxed you.. your real last name is likely not a single initial and thus was never shared. Your address, Facebook page and phone number is no where near that link. There is absolutely zero personal identifiable information in your alternative identity..

At any rate, someone kindly pointed out the review section.. its a good place for reviews. Welcome to ECF..

You like to Dox people and expose personal and private information. You showed an user's photo and full name without his permission. That's doxing and it's illegal and besides that, it's breakin ToS. Sure I changed my name. I'm cautious of an old man that doesn't know how internet and privacy rules work.

Dude (I assume), there are critics and net cops everywhere.
Whatever your reason for posting your review, be it to get a freebie or just to be helpful..
I think you should let it slide and not worry about it.
If an ECF moderator calls your attention to a violation of ECF rules then correct yourself
but until then try to grin and bear it...

Hazy

Thanks for the info.

If you look at my posts I said he "likes to dox people", and that was regarding to another thread made by another person. The name of the thread is Revenger form BuyBest. Here's a screenshot.
Screenshot_2018_07_26_Revenger_from_Buy_Best.png

Initially his post contained a photo showing the guy who made the thread, trying to expose him or whatever. He removed the photo later at my request. At this moment his post still contains a link with creator's full name (first name, middle name, and last name). Hope that clears up my last response to him.
Thanks for the welcome, I'm still figuring out this forum structure, community is great and willing to help from what I can see, so I'm glad I found you.

I'm not really worrying about it, but I felt the need to explain and defend myself.
As a matter of fact, after all the tussle between me and ExtremeDooty I reported my post just to make sure that a moderator saw it and if needed take action in case something wasn't ok.
Thanks for the advice!

Just an observation.....these little bits of drama tend to disappear when you let them. I personally couldn't care less about about your review or reasons for posting it. If it gets you free crap from best whoever, great. It might be wise to post reviews in the review section. It might also be wise to let negative comments roll off your back. The community here at ECF is pretty knowledgeable and many of us look to each other for ACTUAL reviews . If you want to post reviews here, that's great but you'll need to just keep peddling and earn some credibility. That'll never happen if you argue with whoever throws a pebble at you.
Regardless, welcome and do your thing!
