Now Question-3 (sorry): Those Loki Rings 'just sit' between the Atty's base and the inclined portion of the Provari, correct? No modding required, right? And does it assist with Air-Flow in any way?

Yes, it just sits there. Depending on the topper there can be some play and the ring will wiggle. It does not help with airflow. If you push some tanks all the way down onto the ring(and top of the provari) it can restrict some airflow. Loosen it a quarter turn and you'd get airflow back.

I got what is, for me, a super-fancy tank for my ProVari - the same week I got the ProVari.
But I haven't yet gotten the rings and extensions...I'm sure I will, just not yet

Once you get your first Privi by Kir Fannis you'll have to own all three of them. They look fantastic on the Provari. And don't leave out the Zanto drip tips to match it all.

That's why I did it too. I bought two eGos when I started and I'm still using them when I'm out and about. They are slowly dying and I refuse to buy another one because any extras I have I usually give away to my friend that is very hard on her equipment. I've gave her real joyetech eGos and they last about as long as two CE4 clearo. A clone might last her a couple of days. She doesn't like the bigger devices so now that I'll have another ProVari as a back up, there's no reason to buy anything else. My friend is s**t out of luck and will have to buy her own equipment from now on. And I don't even feel bad.

I was looking at the rings last night - Loki and the other ones. Since they come in such limited colors, I started wondering if there were rings or bands out in the world made for other industries that might be of the same dimension and could be used for our purpose. I think it's worth investigating.

My personal opinion: The Pro-Ring should match the "bottom cap" of the Provari, NOT the Atty you intend to sport. It you are going with the stock cap (polished SS), then the Pro-Ring should also be 'polished SS'.

I'm looking for two rings ~ one 'polished SS' to go with the standard 18500 config. with the stock bottom cap ~ and one 'black' when I switch to the black extender cap (for 18650 mode).

And they understand we want colors, so they MAY end up offering them - I'm thinking they'd match the IB anodized colors. At LEAST a black one...

I emailed them about the difference once I got my order. I asked if I can buy the other design. They emailed back to tell me the picture here does show the teardrop design. Now I might be getting older and losing some eyesight but REALLY???

I bought my provari rings at intaste.de. even with shipping, way cheaper than other places and they match the kfl perfectly. I bought 3 and it was around $20 for all three with shipping.
