Sorry if this has been said earlier in this thread. I just don't have time to sift through them.

I did not see the "FOG" on the list. Not that I wanted one but I did vote for a slim. If you where to remake the Slim I would want an atty to go with it, so maybe a mini Penelope or something along those lines for a atty built for the slim. Smaller is the new Big and Bad!!

Anyway I voted for that, Penelope and something new....

Yeah I know about the clear. I normally use the SS body because I like the engraving. But I bought the clear origionally to figgure out what was going on with my wicking. When I measured the inside diameter of both the clear and ss they were basicaly the same. Anyways the issue is with my juices the juice has a hard time getting down past the mouthpiece body to the exposed wick. If I use a tighter draw and or take some primer puffs it works ok but I like a loose draw so I open and close the mouthpiece and this fixes it. Again not a big issue but I think if you made the inside diameter just a hair bigger juice would flow down easier and this would be less likely to happen.

For the record I have similar issue. I've tried the 2mm silica and single strand cotton/hemp. Wick size for me isn't the problem. How I vape penny I've gotten used to it. It's stealth vape. Few puffs and done usually.

I have had this problem before, but actually the solution for me is using 3mm wick with the juice control opened a lot, near totally. It wicks good for me this way. 2mm wick either floods or doesn't wick on Penelope. In contrast I have best results on Ithaka using 2mm and just barely cracking the juice control.

Now the problem I do have with Penelope is flooding on refills, that's what I've had to learn to just get used to.

Yup. I get massive flooding sometimes after a refill. Gurgling in fact. I have to keep it closed and work the gurgling out. Crack it when it's dry. Then quickly close it. Repeat a few times until it levels off.

I will try a smaller wick next time I rebuild. I am lazy and don't like to mess with a build when I get the flavor ect right . It isn't really a big issue for me just thought I would throw the idea out there.

I'm using double silica 3mm with double coil on my Penelope, no issues at all. In the past uded single coil with double silica 3mm and was fine, just needed to replace the coil more times.

Did this setup about 3 hours ago. Hate to say it but honestly, it's even worse. I can only get about 4 good pulls before closing and re opening. It's only a single coil 1.2 for the record, so I know I'm not burning the midnight oil. Just something I've learned to live with on Penelope.

Sorry you're having troubles Yankee. So you never were able to Vape Penelope without troubles?
