I have to let you guys know.. My gizmo is out for delivery today, and I am sooo tickled.. thing is, it is going to be here first, before my juice!! AGGGG!!! However, I think there is a shop, not too far from me, looking like I might just have to go see what all they have, as my juice won't be here till Tuesday..

Just wanted to say how happy I am, for I have less than 10 cigs.. and I really really really want to put them down and I hope this will help me.. please keep me in your thoughts today!!

I had a similar problem I ordered a Vamo and ordered the batteries and charger from a different site. Ordered the same day but the batteries didn't get here until almost a week after my vamo! Drove me nuts!

It's so helpful to have an "emergency" Vendor nearby just in case. Remember to drink lottsa water and that one less analog is SUCCESS

Already drink water like it is going out of style..
I grow lemon balm and a few varieties of mint.. love to add them in my water with oranges lemons cucumbers and more (especially fruit!!!) It has gotten to where I can't drink my tea, nor soda, it is just way too sweet, even when I cut back on sugar.. Not sure why, but it is alright. I have a ninja blender and omg... peach ice cream made with just ice and peaches is the bomb!!!

and yes I know.. the less I smoke the better.. now where is my mail lady?? I sure hope she is alright and not out playing with my new gizmo!! haha!!! (joking!!) thanks you all.. I is a happy Smoky for now.. will keep every body up to date as to what juice I get and how I like it now.. laterzz..

I find that rinsing/ gargling daily with fresh lemon+ water removes the PG buildup/ coating in the mouth and throat areas.

Generally about 2-5 ml per day but YMMV. Once you find some flavors you enjoy can also start DIY as it's quite easy and cheap once you know your likes and dislikes. Having said that when I began I vaped 36 mg X 50-60 ml per week. but I was the extreme. Now down to 2 mg X 15-20 ml per week. I also keep 8 mg on hand for stressful times.

I made the first week on less than 10ml. Get more than that, I may not be typical and since then with different tanks (and possible increased stress) I use more now (been vaping little more than a month). Get to know local suppliers. I have used mail order but still prefer to support my friends and neighbors and local economy.
