People will do what they've always done - free will. Some will ignore the pending regulations, others will learn new skills and some will stockpile supplies.
When supply lines dry up or prices go through the roof those that were not prepared will ether feel it in their wallet/Bank account or switch to other nicotine delivery systems or quit altogether.

I used the ST Nano for more than a year without needing to replace O rings spare tank, etc. I only vaped 4-5 mls of Juice a day.
That's why i suggested using the Aug 10 date as opposed to Jun 1, so we don't have to figure out equivalents, and we could compare prices on identical items.
I am confidant that any atty I use will easily last me for ten years with everyday use. All my attys have a full stainless body or option to use a full stainless body and use no special O rings. I have extra insulators just in case but to date have not needed to replace any parts on any attys.
