Just because you continue to yell "FIRE" many many (many) times does not change the fact that we all have a right to proceed in the way we chose. Some of us are extreme alarmists, some are 'better safe than sorry' types and some are 'wait and see' Maybe most of us have already written. YOU are not the only voice on how to proceed.

I never said people didn't have to walk the path that was right for me.

If you can't DIY & build, No you are not inferior.
But I do suggest you find a superior person who can..
Hear hear.

Recently a member here had a question if he would make eJuice for them. The ECF member said sure just get some nicotine and he refuses to even order his own nicotine.

People are concerned with cursing as all their rights are being denied. Maybe you should look at the bigger picture. You may loose your rights because someone cursed at you. Excuse me if I think there are more important things going on in this country.

It's just that some people prefer to have a civil adult conversation while exchanging ideas. It seems the message gets lost once the screaming and cursing begins.
To each his own.....;)

Trying to prepare as best I can. I have never rebuilt or wicked anything. I am an old school iclear16 lover, but since I am probably going to have to catch up with you all. Which RDA, RBA or RTA should I get that is easy to rebuild. I have like 45 iclears stashed but I feel like I should also stash some kind of rebuildable for when they all bite the dust. So any recommendations?

How do you like to vape.

Mouth to Lung

Consider Kayfun lite plus RTA, or Magma RDA.

If you like Lung hits consider

RTAs
Goblin Mini
Silverplay Nano
Orchid V3

RDAs
Darang
Freakshow Mini
Velocity

Winding a coil and mounting it is a hassle the first few times.

The trick for me is to wind the coil so that the wire ends point away from each other. That way, when you hold the coil with leads down between the contact posts (while the coil is still on the mandrel), each screw has a wire running past it. All you have to do is wrap a lead around the screw and tighten it. Leave enough wire on the legs to grab and wrap. Short legs require tweezers. Wire is cheap. Your sanity isn't.

It's a pain if you try to mount the coil with the ends over the screwdown posts instead of between them. You'll eventually be able to wind the coil and mount it on the deck in just a few minutes if you mount it at right angles to the posts. That also makes your wick fall directly down in front of the juice ports instead of laying horizontally.

I wouldnt call rebuilding a hassle.

Put tge coil ib wick it and re wick and re re wick it till you learn what works.

I replace the wicks every 2-3 days, and the coils about 4 times a year.

Rebuilding is NOT that difficult. After three or four builds they get proficient

I decided after doing much research to stick (for now) with 1 brand each RTA and RDA, the brand of each which seemed to have the highest approval ratings. For RTA I chose Kayfun Lite Plus V2 and for RDA I chose Origen v2. I hope I did the right thing. I have purchased several (clones) of each. I figure it's best to keep it simple rather than trying a bunch of different brands at this point and just confusing myself.

I don't know if I should be admitting this, but I still drip on those little 510 atties. I've just graduated batteries (mods) over the years. Those atties are what got me off the cigs and I've been comfortable with them. So, this is all new to me, and I'm just grateful I have a couple of months to figure out what I'm doing.

So am I am basically low watts, high ohms, MTL vapor. See, I am even learning the lingo. :p

I also picked up some mech mods, but they are going into my Vapocalypse box. Meanwhile, I'll be buying some reliable regulated mods. Provari looks promising.

Yes that is a good excuse, just doesn't work in the big scheme of things. Do you think the fed cares if you curse at them?

it's how immature the cursing comes across:smokie:... I can totally relate, why be around it? :vapor:

That one looks nice and roomy. I misread your post and thought you went back to factory coils. My bad.
Thats a perfectly good coil. Its running off at a slight angle but it would be fine.

Darn good coil.

Yoy didn't show a side view so can't tell if tge coil is too low.

What Atty is that?

I am talking about a forum. I can speak a whole year without cursing and consider cursing to be disrespectful and do not have to expose myself to it. I was complementing this site because cursing is not allowed. Get a grip!

What i tried was different resistance until i found a resistance that gave good flavor on my Juice.

For me .78-1 ohm is the sweet spot for me.

MTL. That's the first time I have seen Magma RDA going to check it out. Thanks!

I also still use LR 510 atties. You are definitely not alone! I have a ridiculous stash of them, but still searching for that perfect MTL RDA.

all I use are ProVaris topped with Kayfun Lite Plus V2s ... discovered them over 2 years ago and have never wanted anything else.

10 years from now, I'll still be vaping the same setups ... I've bought backups for my backups for my backups

I saw these days coming when I first started vaping.
