Yep. If you bought the 3lb box, someone figured out it would last about 150yrs, if you rewicked daily.
All Depends on the Atty.

If you vape a kayfun Monster 150 years. If you vape a STM rba it is more likely 500 years. ,(-:

your link is to the cotton product,, be aware that cotton and rayon have the same picture... make sure it says 100% Rayon. rayon is always 'smooth' like long hair,, cotton will always have tiny 'pills' / knots of cotton.. you know when a piece of clothing gets a tiny ball of cotton from over use etc.

I stopped at Sally's for shampoo today, but they only had the 500ft box. Wasn't going to buy that when I'm only trying it the first time. lol. Maybe I'll see about ordering smaller amounts

Your right, that link defaults to the 10 ft cotton.
If you click on the 500ft or 3lb tab, it's the correct one.
    Good catch!

If the Rayon wick gets gunked up put the.
Wick under running water and tge gunk washed out in seconds.

In the Rayon wicking thread one member reported as a test he vaped 110 ml through 1 set of wicks.
i vape 30-60 mls a day on rayon,, 99% of my rewicking is out of boredom,, on avg about every 5 days. more often than not,, i run a tank of Neat (non flavored ejuice) and that seems to clean the rayon back to bright white. 99% of the time that i am messing with my wick is because my coils are gunked up,, the rayon is fine.

I agree.Rayon has been the absolute best wicking i have used.I first bought a few feet of it off ebay to see if i would like it.After my first tank full on rayon wicks,i rushed over to Sally's and bought the 3 pound box,i now have enough wick to last me and my son the rest of our lives haha.
That squeak is key for me,that tells me i got it perfect every time.I don't always hear it,but if i don't hear it,then i can feel it,and get great results every time.
i noticed that i no longer EVER got vapor tongue since switching over. in fact my consumption of juice went up from enjoying flavors,, instead of frustration from not tasting flavors/odd tastes.

That's the same with mine.My usual adv juice gunks my coils up pretty bad.I usually get around a week before i have to dry burn, but after that week, the coils are nasty, but the rayon wicks are still white every time.

Any way you could post a link or share what stevia you use? Always been interested but not sure which ones safe
i use the 'store brand' at Krogers,, its liquid,, about $4 in a tiny bottle like those water flavor bottles. a few drops goes a long way. mix up your ejuice,, then adjust to your taste 1 drop / per 10ml (if memory serves,, its 1000x's stronger than sugar)--ps,, i have frequent brain farts,, so go 'lightly on the memory serves part' :)

I have a question about the rayon for wicking: What exactly would I look for at Sally's ... exact name of the rayon item?
it will be a large box,, all of the boxes of dif product have the same pic,, to the left mid/upper side MAKE sure it says 100% Rayon it is NOT sold in a smaller box to my knowledge. about $16+/- more than a lifetime supply,,, for you to PIF

Never thought about cleaning them in the crockpot. I actually am cooking dry beans in mine right now. :D

How to ruin juice in 2 simple steps.

If you guys are looking to stockpile I don't recommend this steeping. It will shorten the life of your juices.

There is a reason juices take time to steep. You can't rush nature.

    Somewhere out there
Just another FYI on nic frozen, I pulled a bottle from the freezer, in plastic bottle, I didn't know better! That was frozen for 3 years, 30 nic and it is crystal clear, from Wizard. Mixed it down to 7 nic and froze the rest. I will be testing this for juice tomorrow, will let you know how it tastes being in plastic all that time! LOL I was hoping new flavors would have shown up, maybe tomorrow they will.
edit- this nic said expired 2014, so bought in 2013.

I have a steep box. I was thinking of cleaning the empties in the crockpot.
But yes, I completely understand what you are saying. The reason why I just use a box that I put in a dark cabinet is because I vape alot of custards and I read where custards and creams do not do well in a heat steep. I'm not sure about other flavors though.

I am at work so I can't give an in depth reply, but seriously, don't do it. I made that mistake once and ruined a batch of juices. If u must speed steep a juice you really want to Vape now then do it only with that one juice.

Give your juices time to develop nuances and Flavor. Speed steeping is in essence oxidising and aging your juices faster.

Yes, let us know how it is. The next nic I get I won't be able to buy the bottles for at least a month or so and I do want to stick it in the freezer so it's not just sitting out. I got to make sure I have extra hardware before I can buy glass. I have 2 liters in the freezer in 120ml glass bottles, electrical taped, wrapped in foil, and in baggies.
