Why sure, we all seem a bit more than a little paranoid. Why stock up now when there
might be 2 years to do so?
The thing is, where I live online
tobacco product sales are outlawed. How long will it be before the rest of the country/world decides to not ship to my state? I don't know about others but I'm not taking my chances.
Why worry about online sales as there is always B&M's popping up on every corner right? The way I see it, it is the
online sales that keep the local B&M's in check. Unbridled competition. Take the competition away and what do YOU think the locals are going to do?
Lower their prices? I think not.
Then there's the State and local taxes. Suddenly they have a new
tobacco product line to tax. Recall that ~60-90% of the cost of a pack of smokes is
taxes and you start getting the idea.
Yeah 08/08/
17 we'll likely still be able to get much of what we can get now. However the $64 question is at what
cost?
Since I'm able to afford it NOW I'm buying ahead. My guess is that before the Feds/State/Local's are done it might be less expensive to smoke cigarettes.
